    Hi peeps..

    Not sure if anyone is noticing my posts on the end of the daily threads... hello? am I all alone? Right now am doing one of the most boring jobs in the world! But it is also kind of helpful in a roundabout way...

    No comptuer access presently at work, have only the radio for company in my little Box.... fingers crossed I get back to some vaguely proper work in about two weeks,

    Also I must be some kind of numpty, never investigated the getting to know you thread, it is brill! thats all really!

    If anyone wants to pop in a nd visit me at work drop me a line and I will give you the address, failing that could someone send round one of those childrens entertainers that makes stuff out of ballons? That would probably keep me going for a few hours!
    oooh look only about 220 posts and I got round to doing my Avatar already!!

    Oh well my olstyle day ended up fairly un-oldstyle as i've spent most of it repairing the damage done to my pc by a virus and then by spilling tea and killing my keyboard:eek: .

    have had to borrow one untuil a replacement arrives, hope it's soon as I have to give this one back tomorrow so I can't reply to any threads. What am I going to do:confused:
    Still know that I shall be here, lurking and reading this thread with twitching fingers. Have fun tomorrow everyone. speak to you all soon, bye bye.

    I just have to tell you all...

    I got a letter this morning to say that the grant for my new cooker has been approved!

    YAY !!!:j :j

    SSAFA arranged it for me via the Royal Navy Benevolent Trust - so I've got a couple of letters to write this morning.

    And I also got a £20 voucher for my phone via feecycle this morning, so that's another boost for my pin money.

    And it's going to be a sunny day :)

    Heck, I'd think it was a lovely day today even if it was raining cats and dogs! :)

    ............done one wash load of old nursery curtains that have been in the loft - clean but a bit fusty. The local hospice is going to use them as material for babies bedding and will be having some sort of 'sale of work'.

    Another load ready to go in as soon as I've finished here and apart from the ironing, I'll be having a lazy morning having a coffee with friends.

    Might see what I can do in the garden this afternoon/early evening.

    * hugs, ancasta
