Oh I forgot -have waxing appointment today, just eyebrow and upper lip but it hurts so much I actually cry :rotfl: but I do look much better afterwards.

Must remember to take a pain killer a little while before I go.

And by the way I dont have a full blown mustache (sp  ) but I have always been paranoid about it after seeing a lady with one when I was little.

Just felt I had to share that :rotfl:

hugs to all that need them.

I'm having one of those morning where I really can't face doing ANYTHING. leaving the house seems a bit much and i would prefer to stay in bed - or curled up on the sofa. I'm not normally like that - think that various stress has finally caught up with me :D Got tonnes of things to do, which makes me feel even worse! Oh well.......

    Morning everyone,
it is also wet ,cold and windy here and i`m not looking forwards to going out later.
Even the dogs are not bothered this morning and thats a first.
HM lasagne for tea tonight with garlic bread, the garlic bread has only risen about 3 inches and i think it`s because i am using different yeast, i thought i would try asdas own brand but i won`t be buying it again. I had already decided not to when i saw that there seemed to be much less in a packet.
I`ll be off to the Panny thread later.

I made the lasagne yesterday and it was from a new recipe that i`ve not tried before, the sauce was made with a pot of creme fraiche stirred into it and as i was doing the stirring i was reading the side of the tub it said not to freeze but i really wanted to freeze half the finished lasagne, does anyone know if it would be ok to freeze it now that it`s cooked into the food?
There`s a chicken in the oven now as DH managed to get one once the weekend rush had died down so when thats cooked i can strip the meat off to freeze and then make some stock, the wm and dw still need emptying so i`ll be off soon for a couple of hours in the kitchen.
    Have a good day.

Hi everyone. Just came back on here to tell you that, according to my newspaper yesterday, M&S are launching a scheme with Oxfam, starting for a six-month trial on 28th Jan: customers who donate any unwanted M&S clothes will receive a £5 voucher in return, valid for one month against purchases of £35 or more of M&S clothing, homeware or beauty products. It's their way of trying to cut down on the 1 million tonnes of clothing sent to landfill every year. Sounds like a very good idea, to me!

RONANKFAN - (((Hugs))) to your Mum and to you.

SOLA - do you rent your DH out? He sounds like the perfect man and an ideal husband.

SUNNYDAY - I should think it's fine to freeze it once the creme fraiche is cooked. I'm sure I must have frozen stuff with it in before.

Well, off now - suddenly have loads to do!

    See ya.

Hi everyone  hope you are all well

At work as usual but my boss has gone AWOL (which is good as I have my progress meetings wednesday and I like it when he's not around!) Was back home horribly late last night but OH had gone out, so I still had the house to myself for a hour or so - which is nice sometimes :)

Penpen - good luck in you meeting
    ronankfan - hugs for you
Essex-girl - I have that hair paranoia too for the same reason!

Right, better get back to it - cel x
