Well before I had it, I could barely move without chronic pain and could hardly walk (SPD during pregnancy).
After I had it.....I could walk normally and hardly felt anything.
So for me, the result was quite dramatic."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."

After two babies and no problems we tried for a third. I fell pregnant quickly but started to bleed at 9 and a half weeks. A few days later I went to hospital and they confirmed I had miscarried, but told me lots of woman have a one off miscarriage and not to worry too much.
I fell pregnant again and all seemed well but i asked for a quick referral for my 10-12 week scan as I was worried. Eventually got my appointment...for 13 and a half weeks grrr! The weeks dragged but I was pleased to pass the 9 weeks stage, but my tummy stated to bloat and I felt very pregnant and eventually my scan date came. But they said the baby had no heartbeat and had stopped growing at 9 and a half weeks. I was devastated and vowed to try again. The doctors said they wouldn't investigate until I'd had a third miscarriage.
We waited a couple of months but fell pregnant straight away. However once again I hit the 9 and a half week mark and I started to bleed. Devastated, I went through the motions of going to the hospital to get a scan to hear the bad news, calling my husband to come home from work to join me. The scan time finally came later that day. They put the device on my tummy and we saw the familiar blob on the screen. But it seemed to be moving, in fact it had a heartbeat! They confirmed that baby was alive and well! I have never cried so much in all my life. I as immediately put on bedrest until the bleeding stopped, they could see a "shadow" on another part of my uterus which must have been the source of the bleed.
As I type this I am cuddling my beautiful 14 week old baby girl who will always be my miricle baby0 -
A friend of mine was engaged and living with her 'dream man' when she went to the doctor for a routine internal and found she had Chlamydia. On further inspection she was told that (because she had had no visible symptoms and hadn't realised it was there) her fallopian tubes were now completely twisted and she would probably never have children. After this horrific discovery she dumped her fiance after finding out that he had had an unprotected one night stand - hence the infection. A year or so - and much heartache - later she started going out with someone else and they were together for ten years (not using any protection) when one day she discovered she was pregnant. She now has a beautiful baby girl.0

Hi there
Never give up, I had two miscarriages one at 16 weeks the other at 14 weeks.
I nearly gave up and started having reflexology - within months I was pregnant I now have two children a boy and a girl with no more miscarriages.
My friend to had 3 miscarriages went for reflexology and agin two healthy children later.
I'm not saying its a miracle cure but it regulated my periods etc0 -
My ex-girlfriend was told by 3 doctors that she would never get pregnant then a month later after them telling us not to use contraception, she got pregnant. Unfortunately, we were unable to keep it. It was a sad time. But it was a miracle she got pregnant, she had horrific hormone problems."To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities." - Bruce Lee

My miracle is 9 months old.
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 23. I didn't have a period for 2 years. I've had the following treatment:
Clomid - induces ovulation
IUI - Intra uterine insemination (turkey baster)
IVF - failed to fertilise.
Metformin to help weight loss and control type 2 diabetes.
Xenical to help weight loss
Low dose aspirin
GI diet - lost 2 stone in 12 months
I conceived my DD naturally 8 weeks after the failed IVF, also because we gave up we were we needed ICSI next time. It was also after the IVF that I started taking the aspirin.
All the above took 8 years in total, including a 3 year wait for IVF on the NHS, but tbh I'm glad DH and I went through it as it's made us stronger.

After my son we left it for ages before trying to conceive another baby. When we did nothing happened for ages (2 years). Then I got pregnant and miscarried very early on. I was distraught!
I went to Drs and got referred to a Specialist who sent me for an HSP (They injected dye into my fallopian tubes) Anyway the dye wouldnt go through and I was devastated. The Specialist told me that it happened sometimes that the tubes would become blocked. He said that was that basically!
I started a course of reflexology in desperation!
3 months later I was pregnant again!
She is now alseep in her bedroom and is a very lovely, cheeky 2 year old!
Please don't give up whatever you circumstances, Drs don't always know it all!0
