As for the Docs I agree you should go and see the emergency doctor, maybe by doing that they will prioritise you higher for the counselling. I am not saying Counselling is easy to come by but it has progressed alot since 1990 when you lsst tried to get some. You need someone to offload to and get some things in order in your mind please try and see the dic before next week.

What area do you live in? Have they no voluntary services in your area for counselling?

What was the twins reaction to the slide show? Where then void of emotion as you usually describe them?

Ok I will call the doctors in the morning and get an appointment then.
I have no idea about what services are hear as I moved so many times since the 1990's. So I will ask at the doctors surgery tomorrow, whats available and whats recommended.

The twins were quiete and unemotional. They watched quietly and nodded at me. But they did make a move to do the kitchen/front room before the social worker came. I am not sure if they believed me that I would show the photos, but they didnt react to it either. They just said that they need more support and twin1 said that she wouldnt mind going to a mother and baby unit if someone would help her with her money, the washing and the organisation. (All the things that I have been going on about to her ever since I can remember!!).
Twin 2 said that she would like more support but she didnt want to leave home. She thought tht if twin1 moves out, there would be less arguing, and that DS could have the bigger room and her baby his.

The system is a joke. I rang the number that they gave me, and I was told that it is a Child and families issue and to ring this number.......the same number that told me to refer them in the first place. So I have just been around in circles for the last 20 minutes. I am non the wiser as to what is going on, and now the lady has said she will ring the other team and find out what is going on.!!! Its a total and utter joke. Its a good job that I am not suicidal type of person!!!

No there doesnt seem to be any "connection" between the twins. Not since they were very small anyway. Its just arguements at the moment. But they do sometimes like to get the same clothes and dress the same. I think they will miss each other when they are apart, but its just living on top of eachother is not good. I had thought that they would make friends at the mother and baby groups etc, but it has always been about the dad of BBJ and so twin1 never really went enough.
Wanted twin1 to go to the other family centre so she would meet different mothers but she "cant be bothered" to go.

Just wanted to say I am still reading your diary and thinking of you - hope you contact the doctors tomorrow - perhaps you need more of a doctors record asking for help too, to show you are trying to cope (and I must say I think you are coping marvellously - you are THERE and HELPING - very important facts!).

Been on my pigsback.com again. Not been on it for months and months. I have only got 788 points, and I want to know how to get the daily clicks that people have mentioned before. I suppose I ought to go searching on another thread for it? Was supposed to get a coupon for a free boost juice but it wont print, its just jamed up on my screen. Then there is an offer for a free mars bar, if you join a barcode saving scheme Shopcansave.com. Anyone heard of it?

Yet another social worker has been on the phone. And again I had to go through all of my concerns about Twin1 and her baby. Now she is going to go away and talk to the first social worker and then get back to me. ! I have told her that I will not be here later as I am going to go to my BF. Infact he will probably be home soon, and I think I may just pack my bag and go and see him.
I will leave the girls instructions as to what to do for dinner, and ask DS to remind them. I am sure if they dont do what I suggest they will come up with something.
I cant believe that my whole day has gone!

Pigsback thread. I think that's the one you mean for getting the daily clicks. Except last time I looked, there were very few ClickThroughs each week, so I've stopped going as much. Used to enter the daily competitions though.
