Its passed my bedtime. I have been making notes as suggested by BF about the events and conversations of the day. Then I have them to refer too, and the copies can be given to the people involved. i.e. the school. etc.
Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts and words. I am feeling alot stronger, and I will have that long awaited bath and then bed.
    Goodnight.
ps. Biggest*of*Mooloo if your about here I hope that the keys were waiting for you for your new house and that its going to be a good place for you.
Will help look for a fridge for you as soon as I can. Cant promise I could buy it, but I can help source it.......

Well its 8.30 approaching and I am getting ready to go to work. I cant afford to take the day off today as well. My assistant has to have her day off today, so I am going in even though I feel pretty jaded and lack lustre.
It helped writing in here, emailing my BF, and his phone call last night meant a lot to me, more than I could really express to him at the time. Why is it that the cost of free texts has got in the way of a telephone conversation??? Oh yes, MSEing.!!
I didnt hear anything else from Biggest of Mooloo so I hope she got the keys to her new place and will soon be settled for at least the next 6 months let.
Wether all the talks that yesterdays melt down resulted in, I will see in the coming few days/weeks/months perhaps.
Financially things are no different.. But the letter to the council with the copy of the last wage slip has a stamp on to be posted. I will be trying to re jig the budget to allow for 65% of my excess income(thats what the council say is any income over £129 a week) has to go towards the £1500 rent a month. So in my estimate that means that if I am bringing in via child benefit, child tax credits and maintenance along with my new wage after Tax code has been added, £408.80 a week, less the £129.84 allowance for me and my son, that means that they will be taking £278.96 and 65% of that is??? Anyone got a calculator... £181.26 a week must go on the rent. £785.46 a month rent to pay as appossed to £304.67 I am currently paying. Smelling salts anyone.... £120 a week more to refine the budget with..
With that on my mind I must head off to work with in the next 10 minutes.
Ok so I am getting an extra £50 a week income then I was getting on the benefits....But where is it going.>>> Oh yes extra lunches out, more money to my son as I dont get around to driving him to school, or pack ups, and the fact that the rest of the food budget has been going through the roof now that the babies are on Solids and not breast milk!!! On that note I am off.

i am wondering if anything else can go wrong. As I closed down the computer this morning I reached for my purse to go to work. Except it was gone. After checking my bag, my bedroom and running around madly like a loonatic I noticed that my special savings box was also missing.
So I have been Burgled. Except nothing else has gone, I had the police out, but I had had to go to work as assistant day off.
When police came twin2 delt with them, then they came in to me at work to take a statement.
It looks like someone on the inside/knowledge of our house has taken it all. so the finger has been pointed by the police to my family/visitor or boyfriends.
I have spent most of the day on the telephone/trying to run the shop at the same time as trying to sort out my money.
The first thing is that my money has been going into my mums bank account, and so therefore I had her card. She is currently in France. so I had to call my parents in France, thank god for moibiles. So My mum is going to cancel that card.
My twin2 luckily still had one of my bank cards on her from going to the supermarket for me yesterday. (I know thats a no no, but her money goes into it.) Bit complecated. Anyway recently I had opened a second Cashminder account with the coop and my wages had just started to go into that. Thats the one the bank card was stolen too. But with the card twin2 had, I was able to get her to transfer all the money in 2nd coop account, via the internet into the account she has. So I will be able to access some of my money.
But this morning panic set in about all the money, the cash, about £66-75 in the purse, (twin 1 had given me her rent money the day before,) and the tin had all my money off coupons, all my small change and the Vouchers from Pigs Back etc.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.
  • Awe Mooloo thats awful, I filled up for you. You are trying so hard and then on top of everything else someone with total disregard takes your hard earned money/vouchers gggrrrr doesn't even cover it!!!

Even worse that it looks like an inside job coz I assume you will be feeling suspicious about everyone just now which can't be a nice feeling. Watch out for someone splashing the cash etc

    Big hugs

    Take care

It has been a bit of an annus horriblous as the queen said. To top it all, now the twins had an arguement with house visitor and she has grabbed most of her stuff and gone.!! Back to her mums she said... This makes me suspect her, but it doesnt add up, becuase if she had taken the money etc surely she would have taken it and disappeared in the night, as she was the only one sleeping in the sittingroom?
Which ever way, I am gutted, in a bit of a mess and don't feel I can trust anybody at all.
What with trying to check up of DS and liase with the school, and all of this I feel like giving up on the ***** lot!!.
I have called my area manager at work and told her I am in no fit state to work tomorrow. Assistant is going to have to do it on her own. How I got through today is a mystery. BF tried to be light hearted and said its only money, but we on here are all here becuase there is not much money and thats why we observe where every penny goes. Loosing the money and the vouchers that were the coming birthday presents for BF's son, and the vouchers ready for the start of christmas, cinema vouchers, bowling vouchers and HMV vouchers, all done from doing those Pigsback clicks, the surveys etc. Hard come by. The cash was higher than I normally have becuase of Twin1 paying her rent.
On top of the fact that someone supposedly close to me, or one of mine has taken it all is gutting me. I feel violated somewhat.
I have got to the point where I am thinking that I just cannot deal with anything else in my life at all. (And 4 cans of lager have disappeared from the fridge too!!)

There is one chap who came to mind. A fella twin2 had brought home a couple of times when she tried going out to work. He had come into the house in the middle of the night a few weeks ago, frightened the house visitor as she thought she had locked the door, and then proceeded to try to open a bottle of my wine, while he waited for twin2 to get down the stairs. She had talked to him and eventually he had left.
After that I thought that the house visitor was much more observant to shutting/locking the back door. She is the last one up, and she usually goes out through that door for a last cigarette.
But it doesnt add up properly at all. Then again I suppose if it all added up I would not have been in the state I have been in all day, I would have worked things out and i would have been on top of it all.

I FEEL LIKE I WILL NEVER TRUST ANYONE AGAIN, AND IT HAS ADDED PRESSURE BETWEEN ME AND MY CHILDREN.

Now that I have written all this down, I do feel a litttle more in control.
Its definately all go in the Mooloo household.

Now I dont have the money to run away to France as I dont have access to the savings etc.. So I have to stay here and get on with it all. I have to remember that it could have been worse. all the computers and all the other gadgets etc in the house could have been taken as well.
Least the house was also pretty messy so they didnt trash it!!!!
On the good side I just found an envelope with a bit of change in it so I have £3.01. Yipee.

  • I doubt if the house guest took it that she would have disappeared in the night as then you would have 'known' it was her... This way you can't prove anything which I am sure (if it was her) she would prefer...

Do the children have any suspicions?

Not trying to make you scared or feel worse but does anyone else have a key ie house guest as I wouldn't like her/someone to come in again now they know the 'set up' and take more things? Better to be safe than sorry so have a think.

Nobody else has a key, except the landlord of course. I never had a key cut for the house guest. My keys are at my BF/s as one of his kids borrowd them thinking they were keys to their house. BF will probably be bringing them back to me tonight. Usually I go to his on a friday, but he has just said he is coming to see me this evening. (Hope he doesnt mind red eyes!!).
I really am looking suspisciously at everyone that has been in my house, but as at the weekend DS has had plenty mates around who are not exactly the most model children, and the BF's of twins have also been a bit dodgy too me".
I will be going and gettign the locks changed and extra bolts if its possible, as soon as I get my money sorted out.
I must look on the bright side. I got the accounts cancelled so nobody can access them so I will get my money eventually.
But I will ban anyone coming here when I am not here, and I will be locking the doors, if I have to stay up till everyone goes to bed. Or they will all have to go to bed at the same time as me.!
Twin 2 is having trouble getting baby to bed, I think he can sense there is tension etc in the place soI am off to go and sort him out.
    Thanks for the wishes.
A hex on who ever it is that took my money, and i hope that they really needed it, and that something horrible happens to them!!!
