I used their chat function, eventually connected with an agent, and they understood the problem. I provided full details of exactly how I went to their site from MSE, even a screenshot of the page where you register, and they are investigating. We shall see what they say next week.

When I clicked on the T&C for the offer, only the first 3 pages were available as they had been created with a limited free pdf converter. Very unprofessional. I told them via chat and it is corrected now, but even now appendix A doesn't contain what they say it should!

Also be aware that nearly everything except stocks on there are CFDs which are a no-no for beginners. They do warn you if you try to trade, but eventually the warnings stop coming and you can't easily turn them on again.

I noticed that too with the T&C PDF. Absolutely laughable, I'll be doing the offer and running, and keeping my investments with professionals!

Well done for reporting, and at least they did resolve it.
