Emailed for a quote to fix a footrest and some chairs. This has been on the to-do list for two years

I'd be asking Magnet to make things good but if they've messed up so much you likely are done talking to them.

I was going to suggest this as well

I was going to suggest it too. If you have the resilience to make the complaint, what's the worst that could happen? If you don't ask, you don't get …….

Cheers gang, this isn't the only thing they've messed up and we have complained and that was banging head against brick wall territory, so frankly we'd rather they weren't involved in anything as they'll only make it worse.
This is literally a company that only ever responds to Mr PIP's emails and ignores mine, despite me being the customer who paid them thousands of pounds

After my mini cruise turned out to be a disaster I have booked two more holidays for the year. I'm going to Ibiza for a long weekend and I just booked Geneva for later in the year as we are going to go there for a short break and for a concert. I also booked my dog into the kennel for NYE as we haven't been out anywhere in years! I don't know what we will be doing yet. I am tempted to go to Edinburgh’s Hogmanay if I don't find anything local to do.
I am going out for a coastal walk today and hopefully will find a dress for me to wear for my friend's 60th birthday party next weekend.

Took my mum's vacuum apart to try to find why the suction was dire, have given the filters a rinse and left them to air dry so hopefully that'll resolve it
