Need to sort out both broadband and mobile deals.

Options for broadband are either Now or Sky - the latter seems to have slightly better service/customer service ratings. Any feedback appreciated!

Lebara looks like the best bet for mobile. Probably best not to change both at the same time given there's bound to be some kind of disruption!

Have just cancelled now broadband as signal was very unreliable for a month or so and landline seems to have stopped working. Blame myself for not scrapping after minimum term, the 'free broadband when you pay for line rental' had crept up to £20 a month.

Today's big OAT was strimming all the way up the drive. It's rather a long drive 😂 and I didnt do it at all last year, so it was quite an effort. Done now though - I shall endeavour to do it again next year 😂😂

I finally managed to do my nomination for my pension. I tried last year but it failed to save the info. It seems to have worked this time. There's not much in there at the moment, I'm leaving it to my nephew to pay for my tortoise's lettuce and weeds😄

Ha, a worthwhile use of a pension!!

I've given the study a good clean in preparation for my mother coming to stay tomorrow. Which somehow involved getting the vinegar out to deal with a mouldy patch on the wall, and FINALLY dealing with all the cobwebs behind the desk which I've been spotting for months when the sun is at the wrong angle 🙈

Get ye to a car boot sale @brie if you haven't missed it in eight years! Though I can completely see us never going into loft space again and just wondering where the little things we actually love are and why we're instead surrounded by chests of drawers that don't fit in the house let alone the room they're randomly in

OAT report - nil points. The GP refused to sign until I'd asked all my father's neighbours. Instead I have a body-burying kind of friend who has offered to do the LPA on Friday. I mean he is the person I call if I need a body buried not that he is some kind of mafia hitman!
