Perhaps you could get a snagging list online pip to use as a base to save yourself some time?

Got my back tyres replaced this morning.

I think I might wash my sofa seat covers, they weren't done that long ago but they're smelling a bit doggy. Best make the most of the good weather.

Someone at parkrun this morning was telling me they're getting their kitchen replaced and the figures seemed reasonable. If I can pay the roof loan off by the end of the year I can get my kitchen next year. She has some good local fitters too who know how to install them in these old houses.

I had a really nice night out in Londonon Friday. We ate at Zizzi's and then saw the concert at Wembley. It was very hot, but we managed to get train/tubes with air con all the way there.😍

Today feels blissful as the temps have dropped so much. I have an early appointment so I have to get ready soon.

I kept craving an iced Matcha while I was out, but I thought I would dust off my milk frother and make myself one at home. I'm having an iced Matcha now with breakfast.

My husband finally moved the mirror to a different part of the bedroom as it was being partially blocked by the TV. That has been bugging me for months without me really realising it! He is going out tomorrow so he can drop off the donation bags to the charity shop as I have been decluttering. He can also go to Superdrug and get our essentials as I won't be going near a store next week.

I have a lot of emails/texts/calls to make next week. I'm making a new to-do list. I need to sort out outfits for both of us for a charity event we are going to as well. I will look around the chazzers one day.

I'm not sure if this is an OAT or if I'm actually too far ahead of myself, but I've booked someone to come and measure up my kitchen.

Kind of an OAT because I've been talking about it for a couple of years. But also ahead of myself because I know I can't afford it until my roof loan is paid off and that could take a year.

It will be good to have an idea of what kitchen I can afford though and what the costs are likely to be.
