Based on their 11 March press release you should qualify - that will of course be on their website for posterity and is very clear.
https://www.lloydsbankinggroup.com/media/press-releases/2026/lloyds-banking-group/lloyds-launches-new-cash-isa-cashback-offers.html
Eligibility
- Customers must transfer at least £25,000 (total balance across accounts) between 11th March 2026 and 31st May 2026 into their Cash ISA.
- Any ISA Transfer request made after the 31st May 2026 will not be eligible for this Offer, however any ISA Transfer initiated during the Offer Period and completed by 31st August 2026 will be eligible.

@Rich2808 My transfer is still pending though transfer request has been acknowledged by both banks.. I've written a complaint to Halifax about misleading T&Cs!

I believe there's a 30 day funding window from the date of opening for their fix ISA's

Phoned Lloyds today and both are in progress. They have had responses from the losing provider and are just waiting for the funds to arrive. The operator seemed surprised that I had not received either a text or in app notification for them.

You use the instant access cash ISA or if eligible the Club Lloyds advantage ISA. Not clear how the funding window works for ISA transfers for their fixed rate ISA - must you request the transfer within 30 days and also the funds be available too within 30 days?

I've had eloquent (ie probably correct) written confirmation via live chat that "crucially" all ISA transfers into fixed rates must be completed within 30 days of account opening, otherwise there is a likelihood that the money will be rejected back to the donor.
This seems at odds with their "switch offer" cashback terms (
https://www.lloydsbank.com/savings/switch-offer.htmlwhich only covers the fixed rate ISAs (not normal ISAs) and states that transfers must be initiated by the end of May and completed by the end of August to qualify. But Barclays, Santander etc are more explicit with what timescales they accept in their ISA key facts, being 2 months for Barclays, so the absence of any other terms has made me decide not to risk it.2 -
What happens if the original ISA account has closed and does not accept the funds back , does the money lose ISA tax free status?

Transfer to Lloyds left ceding provider today. Shows as "Cheque" but is now in the Lloyds account showing as FP.
1 down, 1 to go.
edit Second has left ceding provider so should be in HFX shortly.
edit 2 Now in HFX account.
Started Thurs lunchtime, done and dusted Wed lunchtime.

I did wonder about this, as it's a real possibility for some people. In my case, I'd only be doing partial transfers, but from a maturity account so there'd invetiably be some loss of max possible interest either if BACS is used instead of faster payment, or if a better rate could have been got elsewhere.
Personally I think Lloyds group are a bit lax with their T&Cs, not as good as other banks - eg look at the contradictory words n the press release, in what customer advisors tell people, and in the terms and conditions for the two cashback offers. It's just not very well thought out, which makes me want to stay well away.

I've opened an account today with Lloyds and applied to transfer an existing ISA and received text message confirmation of the transfer.
As far as I'm concerned I've met the cashback terms on their website.
