Have to ring up.
Dont know which department this guy was from but did confirm multiple times completion needs to be by 31 May.
Good luck with rolling the dice like me to hope it goes in before then given the bank holiday weekend!
I still think their T&C is contradictory. Every other offer i've seen is normally request by rather than completion by because what happens after that out of my control…. Why would they allow a request on 31 May, knowing it cant be delivered!

it is very contradictory. why is it saying…
Are there any Exclusions:
- A transfer you request completes after 31 May 2026.
Seems worse than the bloody HSBC saga that others went through recently.

This is a good offer combined with the one year fix ISA. I wonder if the offer will be extended?

I agree it is contradictory and frankly shambolic - because whoever drafted the text for the website doesn't seem to understand how ISA transfers work. ISA transfers are not like faster bank payments - they are not instantaneous and the customer has zero control over how long they take. Even more illogical they end the offer on a Sunday - no external ISA transfers are going to complete on 30 or 31 May anyway!
But if there was any dispute Lloyds don't have a leg to stand on. Lloyds press release - which will remain on their website - is very clear.
Eligibility
Customers must transfer in at least £25,000 between 11 March and 31 May
Any transfer request made after 31 May will not be eligible…..however any transfer initiated during the offer perod and completed by 31 August will be eligible.
Exclusions
Any transfer request made after 31 May
The full terms and conditions - at the end of the promo offer page - say the same but without the 31 August deadline (I can only assume the 3 month period is to allow for HSBC transfers!).
If you have requested transfers adding up to £25k or more by Sunday 31st and they complete they are in breach of the legal terms and their public press release if they don't pay you the cashback. And that public press release will be there for posterity on their site. So they don't have a leg to stand on if they don't pay you £150+ in cashback by late September - if they don't and you complain they will have to pay up!

PS. What will happen on 01 June 2027 when the one year fix ends, as it will be a new tax year. Is it a flexible ISA?

They will move it into an instant access cash ISA which is flexible yes.
Lloyds only allow you to make a payment (out of your £20k allowance) into only one cash ISA each tax year - but prior year transfers are of course unlimited.

This seems a decent offer!
I assume the current offer of £150 cashback per £25,000 of ISA transferred in and 1 Year Fixed at 4.55% AER only became available around / just before 10th May 2026?
Or did they have an offer in place (as I think the terms referred to a date in March?) but had lower cashback rates and / or 1 Year Fixed rates? Anyone know the details of these?
Just when I was looking into ISAs with competitive rates and cashback/evouchers, the three main ones were Santander, HSBC and Barclays? How did I miss this completely?

doubt it. most deadlines i saw was 31 May.
