You can email one and cc in the other.

Failing that just fill in the form and any space you can put custom text just add “exercising short term right to reject”, even if you have to put it in the box for your name, their form layout isn’t your problem 🙂

i have just received this email

This is an automated email from Do Not Reply. Please do not reply to this message as it is an unmonitored address that cannot receive replies.

Thank you for getting in touch about your warranty claim, which we received on 28/03/2026.

I have arranged for our engineer team, Emmiera, to contact you with regards to the Gaps & Alignment issue you are facing with your furniture, we have also received word from our delivery team that the black cloth on your sofa needs restabling, therefore I have informed Emmiera of this too.

    However,

we have carried out a thorough review of the information you provided with regards to the 'Flattened' cushions. After careful consideration, we are sorry to let you know that we are unable to uphold your claim as we found no manufacturing fault with your furniture that would be covered under the terms and conditions of your product’s warranty.

As you have just had your delivery on 25-03-26, we do recommend allowing the sofa to 'Settle' for a few weeks in the home due to the furniture being wrapped in tight plastic and in a cold environment when being transported. The fabric inside the cushions need time to expand and firm up. Daily dressing of the furniture can quicken this process.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we want to help where we can. We've attached a copy of your Care Guide — following the advice inside will help keep your furniture looking and feeling its best for years to come.

We hope this explanation is helpful and provides some clarity on our decision. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

    Kind regards,

    Poltronesofà at ScS

the delivery mans contact to them was about the power headrest not working and resetting and that he had removed the staples ?

the pooling on one cushion is not from being wrapped and you cannot dress fixed cushions

the furniture was not wrapped, they arrived boxed and in a plastic bag

i never claimed on a warranty

S75 in this case as effectively their own finance. They should/will chase ScS to get this sorted.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the short time right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. This is what you must do, do not let them fob you off.

  • Sorry, yes Section 75 just means the company that gave the finance has the same liability so it's the same argument, as born_again says once you make the claim the finance co will likely go to SCS to push them to resolve.

SCS are just a company but finance co will be regulated so matter can be raised to ombudsman via official complaint, finance co will want to avoid this so will (hopefully) be a bit more willing to help.

If you get stuck do post back.

Satisfactory quality includes freedom from minor defects so the cushion and poor construction resulting in the lop-sidedness should be sufficient to argue poor build quality and right to reject.
