Santander Amazon opening offer x2

I utilised MSE links to receive a £100 voucher to open an Everyday Santander bank account, which I subsequently used 60 times in two months. However, I have not received a voucher. During our visit to the Santander branch, we were urged to contact MSE. I checked every spam mail box, but there was nothing.
My wife and son received theirs, but not mine.0 -
Hi @guujo your post is now in this thread along with other posts on the same topic
(Due to an error my part, there is now a 'system' post as the first post in this thread - apologies for that. NB this may affect your bookmarks/subscriptions to this thread.)

Just checked with Santander through live chat and they have confirmed that I have indeed met all the criteria but they are not responsible for this offer and I will need to contact Vouchersent. I have replied to them.... "Under FCA guidance, Santander remains responsible for the promotions it approves, even if a third party is used for fulfillment". I told them I'll leave it at that for the moment, but I will pursue the matter if necessary.

Both me and my partner signed up for the Santander Current Accounts on the 4th of November through the MSE link to VoucherSent. We had the Santander website application error bug that meant we both ended up with two accounts each, along with two OLA numbers each. Santander apologised for this by email and closed one of each of the accounts but assured us we would still be eligible for the promotional voucher if we stuck to the terms for the other accounts we still had open.
Neither of us have received the £100 Amazon voucher. My partner got an email from VoucherSent to say they would have to check with Santander manually, but I got one to say I didn't qualify for the voucher at all.
I have evidence in the form of emails and statements that show I opened the account on the 4th November, have 53 card transactions between 28th November and 1st January (34days) which is within the 60 days, and my account is still open so I don't know what other terms I'm missing?
Very disappointing.

Interesting. I did get 2 accounts by accident, but only used 1 to do the transactions. I await my answers, which no doubt will be more waffle to avoid paying out.

Another person who has no voucher, I registered, 'opened' an edge account, made 30 transactions in the time limit, spoke to Santander who said, technically I didn't open an edge account, I transferred from everyday acct to edge account, no one told me that at the time. I was relying on that voucher, I'm really upset about it all

When you say 'opened' an Edge account, did you not open a new Edge account and get an application number (OLA)?
By transferred from Everyday account to Edge account do you mean you changed (or upgraded) an existing Everyday account to an Edge account?

I opened an account with the MSE link for the October offer of £100 Amazon incentive but this hasn’t been paid. Just spoken to Santander and they say I need to contact the third party that offered the incentive, how do I do this? I just used the MSE link.
Can anyone help please?0 -
You should have got an e-mail from the 3rd party when you opened the account.

When did you click on the MSE link and register with VoucherSent (the 3rd party) and then open the Santander account?
Do you have the email that VoucherSent sent you?
Do you have the application number (OLA) that Santander sent you?
I have requested that this thread be merged with the existing thread.
