… should start sending out the 'claim' e-mails for the next voucher on Tuesday 10 March (£25).

Thank you for your info too - the part where you said that Santander are responsible for the fairness of the promotions plus your mention of the ombudsman were both used in my conversation with Santander. The complaints advisor was called 'Melfie' is that's any help to anyone - she asked me to send a screenshot of the email from VoucherSent, which I've just done. Let's hope any other promotions will run more smoothly!

After questioning why I was deemed not eligible they sent the other response about not tracking and having to ask Santander a week ago. I asked for an update this morning and my voucher email has just been sent. Now redeemed and I have added it to my Amazon account. What a effort! Worth chasing if you think you are eligible though.

Update. I just had the voucher come through and I have applied it to my Amazon account.
I had the "Unfortunately we have not tracked your Santander application. We will therefore need to verify with Santander that your application has been accepted etc" response from them on 27th Feb so it has taken them a bit over a week to verify it manually. But it has worked.
I'm picturing one very hassled Santander employee with a massive backlog of manual checks to do!

My voucher came through, hopefully, this will tie up my claim on TCB as that was initially rejected.

Happy to report that today I received the Amazon Voucher from VoucherSent. It ended up being so complicated and frustrating but eventually resolved. Too be fair it may have been complicated by different email addresses, but not giving up and constantly sharing the same info over and over brought the satisfactory outcome.

Unfortunately for me, after submitting my query on the 27th Feb and receiving the standard reply of having to check with Santander, I'm still waiting for a reply from Voucher Sent.
I've asked for an update but nothing so far. Same for my other half.
It's not looking good at the moment

I got the same "we have to check with Snatander", followed by a "you did not meet the criteria of 30 in 60 days". Which I very much did and have proof that I did in the form of a bank statement.
So on the phone to Santander I go, I guess.
