Santander Amazon opening offer x2

I would have thought most people if promised £100 for opening account would be slightly bothered if they didn’t receive it

Still nothing from either Santander or Vouchersent. Clearly we’ve been scammed

You’d clearly need to be clearer who “we” is since a fair number of forumites have received their vouchers, either automatically or after lodging a claim. There is still no evidence that people who complied with the T&Cs have not received their vouchers.

sure - though my point is that I doubt VS would have launched a new offer if they were overwhelmed with complaints. Neither one of us will ever know.

True, but I made sure I completed all the items listed in the T&C and I've not heard either way what my status is. This is poor, and clearly neither party are interested in resolving this, ergo, scammed. they got what they wanted, and are not interested in fulfilling their side of the deal.

I would have been slightly bothered but with emphasis on the "slightly". Mine was not paid automatically so I had to chase it with VoucherSent who said they needed to get Santander to investigate. I didn't really hold out much hope at that point and I decided that if they didn't pay up I would not pursue it any further, mostly because I know how unlikely success would have been. In the event Santander took an age but eventually the voucher was paid out.
So a good result, but I wouldn't have lost any sleep if they had not paid out. Like many of us, I'm gaming their system and have already closed the account so I couldn't really complain if they game me back It's not like it would have cost me any money.

Good update from myself, after complaining to the CEO via email, I had a call from the exec complaints dept this morning who said they themselves are having issues talking to VoucherSent. They credited my account £100 after confirming I had indeed met the requirements and said if the Amazon voucher comes through, keep that too.
So, success story, but it should not have come to that. The person on the phone was very helpful, nice to talk to someone who is not constrained by "customer service talk" rules.

Well done! persistence wins some times and if you do get the gift card then that is only what you're due as compensation.
When you say you e-mailed the CEO was this Santander or the VoucherSent company?

Finally received my £100 after chasing Vouchersent. They6 took about 3 weeks to verify I had met the criteria.
