Yeah, when you apply, they have a copy of your unique key so any queries regarding your application should be from clicking in your unique link emailed to you by VoucherSent just after you applied.
Karren_2, all you can do is contact VoucherSent using PRAISETHESUN's link and see what happens, though I wouldn't hold out much hope. 😥

There is ample evidence that many people still haven't received their voucher - as I said the evidence for that is on both this forum and several others. You have no evidence of the exact number of people who HAVE received their vouchers - (if you do let's see it!) Therefore you are no position to determine what fraction of people have not received them.

I have never claimed that everyone already had received their voucher. I know some people haven't, I am one of them.
However, I do maintain that there is no evidence that those who are genuinely eligible will not get their voucher, even if they have to request them, as opposed to getting them automatically.0 -
I think that the company should get their finger out and deal with this. Receiving an automated response saying it has not been tracked and they will get back to me doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. Time will tell

Hi There, I have opened account with Santander from Santander 123 to Edge account .
on email received 04th November , last day to change or open account to receive £100 voucher but done all the bit 60 day 30 debit card transaction , paid £3 monthly fees , and at least 2 direct debit .
by 26 Feb should have received voucher but looks like no luck . any one here please help …

Another one here who completed the transaction rule in plenty of time and have yet to receive the voucher.
Chases to Vouchersent just get a "we'll get back to you in 10 days" response.
Clicking the re-send voucher button just says no voucher code found.
I'll leave it another week and then call Santander, which will no doubt be a waste of time as they'll just pass me back to Vouchersent.

I posted this earlier. I didn't realise that the last day was 4 November, now I beginning to think that Santander have messed up. I shall contact them and ask why I received 2 emails, especially the one on 5 Nov, the exact date that you become ineligible. I applied through the MSE link, got and email from Vouchersent to confirm, my account has been open since 22 Oct, I have made 37 transactions within the first 60 days and the account remains open. Santander sent me an email entitled "M5 Current account opening" thanking me for my application and they are looking at it and will reply within 2 days. I received this on 22 October 2025 when I opened the new account and then I recieved the exact same email again on 5 November.
