Santander Amazon opening offer x2

Vouchersent & Giftcloud are sister companies….I had a similar problem with Sky broadband a month ago with a £85 voucher not arriving, filled in form exactly same as vouchersent and within 3 days all sorted so fingers crossed for this one

the claim was that they would only pay “a fraction”, for which there is no evidence

AFAICS, there is also no evidence that people who are genuinely eligible do not get their money, even if in some cases the payment doesn’t happen automatically.

I have been rejected too. Pretty sure I did everything I should. Have queried it again with them.

Rhinorm49

Rejected here as well, upon querying the non-payment via the link (done in less than 12 hours); the response was…..

Thank you for your enquiry regarding your reward.

Unfortunately Santander have confirmed that you have not met the eligibility criteria for this offer, so a reward is not due on this occasion. Full terms and conditions for the offer can be viewed at the bottom of the enquiry page that you initially contacted us on.

Anyone with the same response?

I submitted my enquiry over 24 hours ago but heard nothing back so far, not sure if thats a good or bad sign

Update on my enquiry from yesterday. At least it sounds like they are investigating mine… but no ETA on how long it will take
