Ask them why you didn't meet the T&cs and take it from there. Not received mine as of today, raised a query and I will wait and hear back. I am pretty certain I have done all as required

I have - they just repeatedly message back saying I haven’t met the terms and conditions and aren’t willing to discuss further. They only have 6 reviews on trustpilot and all say they’re scammers 🤦🏼♀️

They aren't scammers. They're a genuine marketing agency. You just have to go through the process and it can take a while. You have to keep pestering them as their customer service is pretty poor. If you feel you're getting nowhere tell them you want to open an official complaint and have it escalated up the chain.

I have done that already and said I want it treated as a formal complaint but got the stock standard reply that I didn’t meet ts and cs. It looks as though they maybe pay out a fraction of the vouchers they receive..

Tell them to provide you with a complaint reference number and to confirm that your complaint is being escalated.
They're probably inundated today with manual claims and struggling to cope, no excuse for the bad service though.

Yes. When I entered my OLA a valid voucher was identified and I was able to request that it be resent. Received it within a minute and have applied it to my Amazon account.
In my case it seems that I simply didn’t receive the email originally.

Do you have evidence that maybe they pay out a fraction of the vouchers they receive?
My experience is that they pay 100%, even if in some cases you have to remind them of your OLA number, provided you have met all eligibility criteria. It's poor showing though if they won't tell you why you didn't qualify

don’t have evidence other than anecdotally reading here today and on Reddit where people are having the same issue as me. I tried what the person did above and it came up that it wasn’t a valid number so they’d track manually then within 2 minutes of emailing they advised Santander have said I didn’t meet the criteria. I received the initial email from Voucher sent and then opened my Santander account, I have proof of 30 payments and the account remains open? Not sure what terms or conditions I could have missed? Others seem to be reporting the same so it makes me wary.
