Didn't get my voucher so just used the link in the original VoucherSent email to raise a query. Entered my details including the OLA reference and immediately received this email from them:

We’ve got your enquiry and it’s in progress. We’ll be in touch as soon as there’s an update. To help us resolve things faster, please avoid submitting another request about the same issue.
Your unique Query ID is XXXXX.Please keep this in a safe place for future reference.

If you need to update your enquiry, please use the button below instead of replying to this email.EDIT: interestingly, my wife just went to do hers but upon clicking 'Resend' on the VoucherSent link, it found hers and she got the email in her inbox immediately, including the £100 Amazon voucher

Did you open the Santander account in the same browser session as registering with VoucherSent (i.e. you did the whole process in one go)? If so, did you ensure that cookies were enabled and any cookie blockers were turned off?

I submitted a claim earlier as hadn’t got my voucher and got the same email as you.
after seeing your add on I did the link again and pressed the resend button ( I hadn’t last time ) it immediately said I’m eligible for the voucher and sent me an email within a few minutes to claim the voucher and I’ve now got it 😊Save 12K in 2020. Number 130 -

Haven't received mine yet, 100% certain I have met the criteria. I just noticed that on the Santander app one of my online statements is missing. It looks like I only used the Debit Card 17 times, when in reality it was about 40 times. Also worth noting is that Santander sent me an email entitled "M5 Current account opening" thanking me for my application and they are looking at it and will reply within 2 days. I received this on 22 October 2025 when I opened the new account and then I recieved the exact same email again on 5 November.

Submitted a claim yesterday. Didn't get any option to resend the voucher, only to submit an enquiry form. Provided my details and OLA, and have been sent an email with an enquiry number similar to @VUDU85.
I signed up through TCB, and I've been paid my cashback there. Also made sure to click Vouchersent offer link (which I received confirmation of) instead of the TCB link that people had issues with earlier in the thread.
Will wait and see what happens I guess. Wish there was a bit more transparency to the process 😐

Hi, use the confirmation of registration email from voucher sent you should’ve got when you registered with them and opened the account. Click on the link in that where it says if you’ve not received voucher by 26th march. This takes you to a new page to raise an enquiry. Fill in your name and email address. Then for the section called ‘enquiry category “ which is underneath your email address - click on that and select “ I haven’t received my voucher “ In the customer reference box under that put in the OLA number you would’ve got from Santander when you applied for the account. There is an explanation of what the OLA number is. Under that there is a grey box that says “ resend “. Click that and it checks if there is a valid voucher for you and another screen will pop up saying if there’s a valid voucher or not. If there is a valid voucher you have the option to tell it to resend it to your email address. If it says there’s not a valid voucher for you then you’ll need to fill in the section for “ additional details ‘ with dates of application / anything else you want to put in and submit the enquiry. You should then get an email from them with an enquiry reference number.
Hopefully this will help and you’ll find out if you are eligible for the voucher or if somethings gone wrong and for some reason they think you didn’t meet the criteria.

Found the resend option. Didn't find the voucher but thanks Clare for the info 👍Looks like Santander have to provide certain info to Vouchersent through the OLA number in order to meet the approval process. So if I don't receive the voucher I'll ask Santander to supply me with the info that they have passed over to Vouchersent.

Has anyone actually received their Amazon voucher? The latest date I was supposed to receive it by has come and gone a few days ago - I have put in a query about it but still waiting to hear. They are clearly holding off sending vouchers hoping people will have forgotten!

The fact that there are several people myself included who have not received the voucher when I know for a fact that I have made more than enough transactions shows that they clearly do NOT send out "!00%" of vouchers.
