I know, it's a ridiculously ambiguous thread title and attempts have been made to have it changed but to no avail.

hi yes I had applied and accepted before the deadline … I just need to know who else can help me ?! Santander directed me here 🤷🏻♀️

Santander cannot and will not help you, the promotion is run by and the vouchers sent by VoucherSent so you have to go through them using the link in the email you would have received when you registered with them for the offer back in early November.

I’ve not had any emails ??? I’ve tried contacting them via their website several times but no one is responding 😩😩😩

After clicking on the MSE link but before opening the Santander account you would have been directed to the VoucherSent page where you would have entered your details to register for the offer. You would then have received an automated email from VoucherSent. Did you not receive this?

No I’ve received nothing 😢

As discussed in the main thread, there's a link in the email confirmation you should have received from VoucherSent that goes to a form to fill out if you don't receive your voucher by 26Feb. The fact you never received it probably isn't a good sign. Fill out the form, including your personal info, Santander OLA number, and anything else relevant to your inquiry.

You say you opened the Santander account on the 11th November when the offer ended on the 5th November. You have no emails from VoucherSent.
So it sounds like to me you never registered with VoucherSent for the offer as it had ended, especially if the MSE link took you straight to Santander rather than to VoucherSent and then to Santander.

That link is personal to your application, see the long key at the end. Everyone who applied has a unique link so that may not work for Karren_2 though I guess she has nothing to lose at this stage by trying.

Ah didn't realise that. I just copied it from whoever posted it on the main thread. But I agree that there's not really much to lose
