    wife did not get her voucher so sent a query. Got reply today saying they have found it manually and she will get her voucher soon. Today they have sent my voucher to me again with same claim number they sent me on 14 Feb?

    No voucher for me or my husband although we're pretty sure we met the criteria and followed the links through correctly.

    I think you only have a very limited time ( by mid March?) to query it

    Four of us did this. Three of us have received our vouchers, however youngest son did not .

    A query has been sent and he has received the standard reply that they are manually checking with. Santander. He definitely followed all the criteria.

    Still haven't received my voucher despite meeting all necessary criteria. I have provided my OLA number to vouchersent along with my query but still, have not had a response. I fear that they will continue to delay until the deadline is reached.

    Just for info...... The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in the UK handles complaints against banks, including issues arising from third-party promotions. When a bank promotes a product from a third party or uses a third party to market its own, the bank remains responsible for ensuring the promotion is clear, fair, and not misleading.

    Uknick...... Don't be fobbed off... The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) handles disputes between consumers and banks regarding promotions involving third parties, focusing on whether the bank or financial firm acted fairly and reasonably in its dealings with the customer.

    Common Promotion Disputes
    Bonus Eligibility: Complaints often arise when a bank offers a reward for using a third-party service. The FOS will review the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to see if the bank correctly applied eligibility rules, such as "new customer" requirements.

    "there is no evidence that those who are genuinely eligible will get their voucher."

    I won't be fobbed off. I'll be nice until they try to deny any responsibility and then demand my voucher and some compensation for messing me about or I go to the Ombudsman.

    Just got an answer back from Vouchersent;

    "Thank you for your enquiry regarding your reward.

    Unfortunately we have not tracked your Santander application. We will therefore need to verify with Santander that your application has been accepted and that the additional eligibility criteria for the offer has been met. Full terms and conditions for the offer can be viewed at the bottom of the enquiry page that you initially contacted us on.

    We will let you know the outcome once we have received their response."

    Quelle surprise. It seems to me the Santander and Vouchersent systems might not have been set up to deal with the amount of applications they received.
