Yes it is possible, as if you don't have valid photo ID, they can work with some alternatives. However, it is a very manual process and may involve posting original / certified copies to them. In my experience, even though the product I originally applied for as a new member had gone NLA, they still honoured the application and did some back office work to make is so. I've always found Progressive CS to be very helpful and I am not resident in NI.

Well I am an existing member where I kept £101 in a Online Instant Saver account which matured from a Regular Saver in January this year.

On Monday morning I opened the new Monthly Saver without being asked for any ID. I funded it by internal transfer from the Instant Saver £100.

I then logged out of Progressive, and faster paid into my online Instant Saver another £100 from my bank and logged back in Progressive and internal transferred another £100.

So balance of £200 in my new Regular Saver and £1 in my Online Instant. No ID needed and one of the easiest regular savers I've opened.
