Leeds BS Branch & Post Member Regular Saver:

One thing to note is that even though you can't do it online with branch/post accounts, they do allow withdrawals/closure by faster payment if you request them over the phone, IIRC funds arrive in your bank account the next working day if made before the cut off (5pm off the top of my head but don't quote me on that).

Monmouthshire regular 8 - I've also got an additional "ghost" Monmouth regular saver 8 which I've funded so I am waiting to see what happens next ….

Tipton Save and Grow branch - I sent off our forms by email late on the 8th of September but had no response yet - not an acknowledgement or an email or even a phone call… now I am wondering if this delay is a bad thing or a good thing and eventually welcome letters and passbooks will arrive in the post at some point. If the applications were rejects surely we would have heard by now….Or at least OH would have had an acceptance as new customer and instructions how to set up the app etc - even if my application was a reject …

Leeds branch and post - sent off the forms this morning but used a stamp. At least the forms will arrive tomorrow as Freepost goes 2nd class (or at least it used to) so possibly they might not arrive until next week by which time it might be NLA. I would not have minded a day trip as there is a branch close to Brum New Street Station but this weeks schedule is busy enough.

Yorkshire £60 esaver - these are the only saver left to mature in a few days time (and none maturing in October until the 3rd week) - nothing new has emerged from YBS

I didnt need to show photo ID, BUT I'm not a new customer (opened an RS with them in Dec last year). I was asked to update my password when I logged in though.

    Tipton Save and Grow RS

I successfully opened the app version during the short window last week when it was open for applications (I had pre-existing app log in).

Posted (second class post) application form (and cheque) for the branch/post version on 10th September (last Thursday) before the acoount was pulled. Probably not uplifted by Royal Mail until Friday 11th.The form and cheque were both dated 9th September.

On checking the app today, the branch/post account has been opened and cheque credited on 15th September (Tuesday) which I am assuming was the date of receipt. Cheque not yet debited from my bank account, probably tomorrow.

Confirms that both accounts can be held; however I was lucky with the timings on both.

    Tipton postal

Humph; Yesterday my application and cheque were returned with a note from Tipton which stated that as I already have the app version I cannot have the postal version.

You have 30 days to fund the Bucks RS. It states it on the email confirmation of the new account. The account matures 12 months after your first deposit..
