Tipton & Coseley Save & Grow Saver App vs branch
Spoke with a representative on the phone having been unable to have the app working for over a week. They did say that only one was allowed (and kind of did acknowledge the terms could have been clearer on whether both app and branch versions were allowed) - they confirmed that they had sent the branch saver details to me in the post and to pick which one I would want to keep (not sure which one is better to have!)

Rather depends if you live within striking distance of Tipton (and/or Coseley)?

Just had an email new RS 6.5% £250 a month fixed until 30 Sept 2027
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -

Fed has raised US interest rate quarter percent. Maybe UK will follow tomorrow. If so reg saver % could increase.

Prospect of a BOE Base Rate Rise:
I shan't speculate on the likelihood of it happening here, but I can also confirm that as I did when the BOE Base rate was being cut, if the BOE does increase the base rate I shall be maintaining another list of interest rate changes that come as a result of it.
Note for this thread I would ask that people try to keep discussion focused on the impact such an event might have on RS interest rates.
