My RS started on 5th of month, interest paid on 4th. Are you sure you have your dates right re maturity/interest payment? From memory it should convert to a normal access pot on maturity.

There is a box on the form to enter the account number. I've instructed to transfer the whole balance to my nominated account, posted the form this morning.

Just wondering of anyone else is still waiting for there account to appear in the app? I applied last Monday evening as a new customer and received confirmation of the account being open on Tuesday morning, quickly followed by a letter on Wednesday with the code to access the app.

I have sent £200 to the account (no COP match). I am getting a bit tetchy to check that the payment worked, but a full week later I still cant see the account. unless I am doing something wrong in the app. I have a savings and a mortgage tab at the top but underneith it is blank.

I dont want to hassle them as I am aware they will have been super busy.

The maturity form I completed, had name and space for account number underneath in the next box. The account number in the letter omitted the prefix and suffix added on my passbook so I used the shortened version from the letter.
