This new account isn't not listed under Regular Savers when you are logged in. You need to page right, there's a big red box, saying (I think) Monthly Savers. It's that you want. .

Thank you everso much @kermchem and @friolento, I really am not firing on all cylinders today, I should have spotted it in the account!
Managed to open & fund it, thankfully didnt have to go through the selfie & ID photo performance😄

Don't beat yourself up, it's not your fault! The Progressive website appears to be designed like an assault course. If you manage to log in despite all the obstacles, it's then a case of hide and seek to catch the account you are after. Well done for getting it all done!
