This new account isn't not listed under Regular Savers when you are logged in. You need to page right, there's a big red box, saying (I think) Monthly Savers. It's that you want. .

Managed to open & fund it, thankfully didnt have to go through the selfie & ID photo performance😄

Don't beat yourself up, it's not your fault! The Progressive website appears to be designed like an assault course. If you manage to log in despite all the obstacles, it's then a case of hide and seek to catch the account you are after. Well done for getting it all done!

Don't despair all those still waiting for unique ID. Mine arrived yesterday in post, was going to give them until end of week. Logged in to app and £200 showing in account dated 8th Sept.

I firstly checked that the Regular Saver was active in the Benefits section. I then deleted the existing Regular Saver pot before opening a new one. All done in about 5 minutes.

And is this the delete pot button? What happens after clicking delete pot there - does the money transfer somewhere and how is the interest statement generated after deleting?
