no - it's a six digit number. Cannot pay inuntil they send email withdetails "soon" " where did you hear of or problems"

you need a 6 digit user id and an activation code. I called them and they gave me both over the phone. Now had an email with them on

I’m having an issue trying to log in online. I have received my two emails, one of which contains my 6 digit user ID code but it’s asking for an account number that I’m yet to receive.

Anyone else going round in circles on the website?

3 emails were on my normal inbox. The 4th one was on my spam were the account number was. Check your spam just in case.

Progressive.

Started applying, online form asked if I'm already a member, checked yes & was directed to log in & apply, whereupon I found that the only RS accounts available from within my account were:

Online Regular Saver (Issue 2)
2.50%Gross/AER*, and Online First Home Saver Account (Issue 3)
3.25%Gross/AER

I currently have only 'Online Regular Rainy Day Saver Account 4' which I opened in Dec 2025 so I should be eligable for the latest one, surely? I've tried to follow the discussion on here about this account but I didnt spot anything pertaining to this problem. Then again I am a bit sleep deprived today so may have missed something. If anyone can shed any light I'd be very grateful😁🙏
