Progressive…
Strange that you can't get in at all, when I got locked out it got resolved quite quickly but I can't remember the exact process. Hopefully you'll get a nice little complaint bonus 😁
The annoying thing is that there's no warning (email or otherwise) that your password needs renewing soon, which is what I'd expect. And once logged in, there's no easy way to see when your password was last changed.
Changed mine today, just to be on the safe side, and taken note of the date.

Progressive login
I was originally under the impression that I had to use the Salesforce Authenticator for logging in, and I found it next to impossible to figure out how to use theirs. It always took me several failed attempts before I could manage to log in. Not a place I would want to keep any of my money in - but I had already got a sizeable RS with them, so I had to persist.
Then someone in this thread mentioned you can use any authenticator app - I switched to my Google authenticator and have never looked back! It's simple to login now, I am now happy to keep a largish cash ISA with them, and will definitely want the 7% RS. Thumbs up also for Progressive's ISA transfer-in processing - fast and efficient.
The Salesforce / Progressive login implementation is less than user friendly.1 -
ProgBS
I had 2 RSs with Progressive and both times the maturity procedures were exactly what it says on the tin. Very straight forward. I left £1 in one of them, so I don't need to go through signing up process again if they offer a competitive product.

You can also get them to send you the login code via email instead of whatsapp or using an authenticator. Just call them and they can do it at their end and overwrite the rule.

Me too. I did the 4.15% version at £10 per month so no reason not to do the 5%, which will also be an overflow account until the end of the year as there are a lot of maturing RS. I currently hold four RS at 5% anyway, one of which will probably be fully funded by month end. 5% beats my Skipton Easy Access account whereas the previous issue did not.
Prize draws constitute a special condition for which to go below my usual cut off. Nothing on two issues of Nationwide Start To Save or two issues of Coventry Sunny Day, so our luck's got to change some time, right? 😅

I emailed application form yesterday but received email this morning saying:
“Thank you for your interest in our Save and Grow account.
We are unable to send or accept application forms by email.
Should you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.”
I have posted form on the off chance they accept it.

Tipton Save & Grow Reg Saver
This is the reply I got this morning for my email application (although my postal application I suppose is still with them somewhere….) having got the app version on the 1st day.
However, since Day 1, I keep getting this issue when trying to open the app:

Last time it was 8 characters. Don't know why they need change of password every time I login, but it doesn't bother me because I only login to open an account, withdraw and occasionally to check if the deposits are showing.

This is a bit naughty - they seem to be making up T&C's and rules not to open on the hoof.

Now I'm even more annoyed that I didn't spot the app version before it went NLA, the standard drill, Ts&Cs have been archived, you can only go off the information made available to you at the time of application, it is reasonable to assume these are two separate products, nothing in the Ts&Cs prevented you from opening both, to deny you an account under those circumstances would, I would argue, be a breach of the FCA's clear, fair and not misleading rule, thus you've grounds for a complaint.
