I haven't been able to log in today because none of my passcodes have arrived within 5 minutes

I've only been with them a year, but I've had no problems before February, and received 2/5 texts without issue since.

I sometimes put the phone in aeroplane mode and then back again, which seems to get a code to come through before it expires.

That can work if the text has actually been transmitted to the cellular network and the issue is with the connection to your device. However, I think there is strong evidence that of late Principality has been having issues either getting those messages to their SMS gateway provider or the gateway provider broadcasting them to the network.

Principality
Both myself and my husband had our R/S Bond 35’s mature today and neither have been paid into our bank account, although when I finally managed to log into the website (early this morning) the accounts in question had disappeared. Previous accounts that have matured at the weekend have always paid out on the correct day.
