Following the pattern of last weekend. Back up now, but not working much better. Though I was able to receive a code just inside the 5 minute window and successfully log in.
They really should consider getting with the times and moving to TOTP instead of SMS.

…provided they all have the ability to use a range of authenticators, so we don't see the scenario where savigs group A only accepts the Authenticator of their choice A, while savings group B cannot accept authenticator A and will only allow B….and we all end up with 10 or more authenticator apps on our devices!

What are the main factors of whether or not it is worthwhile depositing funds into a Regular Saver account?

All TOTP authenticators are equivalent, you can use the authenticator of your choice. They may differ in where they can be installed (app, Windows, Linux etc) and how they are implemented (access security, code backup methods etc) but the prime functionality is the same.

Do you any Regular Saver accounts with an interest rate lower than 5%? If not, why not?

How much you would gain (obviously) and how readily available the funds are.

I currently have 6 financial institutions happily cohabiting the same authenticator (the only one I use), even if some of those number attempted to drive me toward a different one. Progressive BS being the example most relevant to this thread, where they drive people towards SalesForce, but in reality you can have the freedom to choose another option.
