Suffolk BS: new RS maturing 30.6.27 (4.9% fixed)
Be aware that no withdrawals or early closure are allowed before the maturity date. Same as in recent Suffolk BS fixed RS's.
The rate is not great (although fixed) for such a burdensome condition.

I beg to differ.
T's&C's do state "Partial withdrawals are not permitted; however, you can close your account early at any point during the fixed term." Different to all their previous RS's, also note you can pay up to £300 per month.

Early closure is allowed for both the online and branch/postal versions, according to the Summary Box documents. There does seem to be some inconsistency between what is stated in these documents and the web page information.
Can I change my mind: This product does not have a cooling off period. Once you have made your first deposit, you cannot make partial withdrawals. However, you may close your account at any point during your fixed term.

This was a common term on their fixed term variable rate accounts but if they have accidentally included it on a fixed rate account they will have to honour it for those that apply before they change the terms.

No RS chat for 2 days - what's going on?
I can't remember the last time this thread was on page 2 😉

If someone could launch something this month I would appreciate it, April is about the only gap I have left.
Guess providers are focusing on attracting ISA money at the moment though.

Nothing was launched last April, so I decided to renew a couple of RS to restart this April as we know that it's the continued ISA push until May, although strangely; I don't seem to have a RS ending in May this year either?!
I renewed my Monmouth 6% Issue 8 last month (which had the same 2 account glitch again) and renewed both my Halifax & BoS 5.5% fixed rate RSs in early April before the end of the tax year. Next month, if nothing new appears, I will open a Lloyds 5.25% fixed Standard RS as a 'just in case' and to have something that will mature next May. A Principality 6 month RS@ 5 % isn't worth holding when I can hold the full funds for a year in a 4.89% / 5%; although a variable rate, Cahoot Sunny Day Saver account and / or drip feed into the above Lloyds RS.

Loughborough Holiday Monthly Saver matures on 31st May, but given the passbook and cheque process (unless this has changed in the last 16 months) holders may not see their money until June. Anyone know if we will receive an options form to fill out a few weeks in advance?
I renewed Halifax and Monmouthshire last month, thought they might be pulled as those rates have been on offer for a long time now and the Halifax is better than the new Principality 6 monther.

My Coop regular saver has just matured so that will be an April one for me.
I believe the start date was originally March when I first took it out a few years ago, but with each year, there is a few days slippage whilst waiting. Any ways around this?

Not that I am aware of, Coop are by far the slowest bank I deal with, slower than many Building Societies
