Monmouthshire regular saver
Now we’re in the new tax year I’m looking to refresh my regular saver but I can’t see how to close the existing one in the app? Does this need a message through the ‘contact us’ with the instruction?
I tried to login to the website but I don’t seem to have any idea on what my user id is 🤦♀️. I don’t have any emails from the time I opened my first account them and unsure why it’s not written down somewhere. Is the user id an email address or something id need to contact them to get reset? Thank you.0 -
From the MonBS website account login page

If you have forgotten your user id, please contact the Society. You might want to consider using a Password Manager, makes this sort of problem go away.

I find they are not infallible and you will suddenly get a password that has been happily accepted for ages suddenly rejected. Sometimes the culprit is that the website have changed their password criteria and instead of telling you that and asking you to choose another, they throw it out as incorrect, but I don't think that's 100% of the cases.

If you have an actual instance of a recognised password manager deciding to change the value of a password without direct instruction then I'd like more details (as no doubt the PWM company would).
BUT NOT ON THIS THREAD, way off topic.
