It's one a (working) day in March so far!

I've just remembered we have solar panels and export some electricity back to the grid (although this doesn't seem to generate much income and the rates are going down shoertly apparently) and it seems that only certain Eon tariffs allow you to do this so maybe I will have to do some more research

Id expect more to come.

This looks too good with what is out there at the moment. Unless I am missing something, way better than anything Octopus are offering
For the North Midlands region
Direct off the EON website

Might be helpful if you could edit the post to confirm which region that applies to otherwise we're going to get folk from elsewhere moaning that they aren't getting offered those rates!

Just keep in mind that's a price cap tracker not fixed rates.

Anyone who's been with Octopus on a fix for the last year could have switched anytime without exit fees.
There were some good rates at the back end of last year that could have been snapped up.
The whole idea of no exit fees is to switch when a better deal comes along.
Switching could have been done half a dozen times if you had wanted to, exit free.0 -
It's the whole reason this thread exists, well existed, to tell people when the rates went down. Now it's telling folk when the rates go up, not quite as useful , but we will keep going until better times.
The best (octopus) switch turns out to have been 2026 Feb V6, way beyond reach now though.

Thanks for keeping us updated, I switched to Feb v6 when you posted last week, much appreciated.
Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.1
