Well done @Glad @Jellybaby and @bubbs on your losses xx
The lasagne was amazing tonight. DH did some oven chips in the AF and I had salad 😇 We have a glass of white wine each tonight too.
We had lunch out today in Faversham and I got a JP with tuna mayo and salad and a lovely coffee.
I used a fish stock cube for the fish pie @maman made up 200ml of stock to poach the basa and salmon fillets. You mix the cheese spread into what’s left in the pan once it’s cooked. I added a little water to it as not a lot left. So good.
The onion/cheese wraps look lovely @bubbs

Realised when I sat down to my dinner this evening that I'd put we were having a roast pork dinner - that is tomorrow! Today's dinner was a chicken curry, wild/basmati rice, naan (fibre), mango chutney 3 swips.
Well done on your 1.5lb loss @bubbs - you must be in bottom half of range now. I've looked for the daupanoise in The Food Warehouse over the last few weeks and they've not had any. I bought the cauliflower cheese and that was definitely watery and not very big but as I just wanted to try it DH and I shared it as an extra veg. Certainly won't be bothering again.
Glad you had a lovely meal with your DS @beanielou; the main thing is to enjoy every swip you eat.

Denise yes i am in bottom half of range . I think you are better off making your own cauli cheese with Schwartz mix

Morning all, another bright morning today but rain forecast for this afternoon. Got all the washing done yesterday so not worried by that! No plans to go out today.
DH decided he didn't want the planned breakfast so had egg on toast and beans on toast instead. Just hope he's left enough bread for a sandwich at lunchtime - I thought there was only 4 slices plus a crust left so we'll see.
Due to DH changing his mind about breakfast lunch will now change from what I'd planned!
I'll probably stick with making my cauliflower cheese with the cheese sauce mixes @bubbs although think I might try the PON version next time which uses cottage cheese for the sauce.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - bacon & mushroom sandwich - Fibre; P; S; 1.5
D - roast pork dinner - P; S; F; 2Calcium - milk
Fibre - bread
Swips - sausages 2; LF spread 1.5; apple sauce 2Have a good day everyone.

Love your onion wrap @bubbs that’s right up my street. I will have a go.
Definitely not washing weather here @joedenise we had hail stones earlier and ‘just’ torrential rain now.
Thinking more about the SW meals, I think I’ll not bother and continue to syn the Schwartz mix when I want cheese sauce (which is not often). I may also be stingy as I think they’re expensive 🤣
Today’s food:
B - 45g bran flakes HEXB, raspberries, mango, protein yoghurt 2 swip
L - baked potato, cheese HEXF, salad
D - roast chicken, roasties, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cauliflower0 -
Well done on your loss @bubbs . It can be the case that it takes more than a week for a 'good' week to show up.
As expected, they didn't have any chickens in Morrison's yesterday just a big, empty shelf! I did get a piece of pork for today and various YS veg so it wasn't a wasted journey.
I probably won't buy any of the SW meals either @Jellybaby, I'm just curious to find out what they're like from someone on here because it would be an honest review. We don't have Dauphinoise very often but I know we like the recipe that my French niece gave me. I've got some in the freezer that I made last week. It's 4 very generous portions using 1 pot (from Company Shop😁) of Yeo Valley half fat creme fraiche and a HE calcium of cheese so I think well worth the swips involved.
Good to hear that you can recommend the Mo's lasagne as ell as the fish pie @Coxy11 . Good luck with WI tomorrow.🫰🏻
You did really well to get all the holiday washing done yesterday @joedenise . It's dry but very blowy and quite cold here today although some rain is forecast. We're having a pork roast too. I hope it's OK as I left the oven on high too long as I was distracted with DD1 and DGD being here for a coffee. It's turned down now so hopefully rescued.
Total swips yesterday was a maximum of 2 for some LTL mayo as I ended up with salad twice.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- cold meat and stir fry veg (P,S)
D- roast pork dinner (P,S,F)
Swips- gravy 4, weekend wine☺️0
