Good luck for tonight @beanielou . It was only the one meal so you might be lucky.🫰🏻
I didn't think the cake was likely to go stale or be wasted with Joe around😉 @joedenise so well done on freezing it.👍🏻
DD1 brought me some mango yesterday which I've been enjoying. It's lovely with some lime juice squeezed over it. Shame it's not a Speed fruit.☹️
I'd forgotten that you tried drinking water instead of your usual @bubbs. Id have thought water would be the better option but if the Pepsi works for you, don't knock it.
So refreshing to see 🌞 on the weather forecast rather than a big fat 🌧️. We'll all have super clean beds this week!😁
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (S), HEA milk for tea
L- cold meat (P), LO veg and pickles (S,F)
D- fishcake, SW chips (f), stir fry veg (S)
Swips- fishcake 20 -

I forgot to say i went online to get an appointment with the DOCTOR because my shoulder /arm is getting worse, i also have a problem with 2 toes 🙄🙄 Got a double appointment for Thursday as you can only discuss 1 thing at an appointment 🙄 looked later it's with bloody physio, so i will still end up going doctors as they won't have a clue with the problem i have with my feet which has been ongoing for a few yrs, hence the injections i have in them. Just annoys me if i wanted Physio appointment i would ask for a physio appointment! Rant over

Fantastic loss Beanie.
Sorry to hear about your mum LW. Be kind to yourself and do whatever takes to get through.Again I’ve been doing what I can foodwise and have stayed the same. I think my head is just all over the place whilst trying to sort the house in readiness for getting a valuation then we know what sort of property we can look at for the move. There are so many if and buts atm but I want to be ready for when the time is right. I think I will go back to group once we actually move as it’ll be a good way to meet people and I do stick to plan more when I stay to group. But for now I’m doing what I can. I have been out several times for lunches with friends I’ve had for years. I don’t want to move without having said bye to them and I know I could well still be here in a years time but things might just all fall into place.
Well done on the losses everyoneOh and happy belated birthday Maman
