Afternoon all, later than usual posting but that's because DH decided it would be a good idea to book his scooter in for MOT early this morning! By the time that was done and we'd done more shopping, we'd just got home when the phone range and the scooter was ready for collection. In the meantime DH and I had been talking about selling it as we've only used it a couple of times in the last 2 years and DH had mentioned this to the bike shop and they gave him a good price so that's now gone - that'll save some money with not having to buy insurance (it was due next week!). Will have to see if he can get any refund on the tax!

Well done on your losses @Matron_Midge and @beanielou (that was a massive loss and you were worried!).

Agree with others @Coxy11 weight never seems to come off but go on when you don't eat enough and sounds like that's how it's been for you this week.

    Today's plan:

    B - none (no time!)
    L - mince beef hash - P; S; F
D - Fakeaway KFC - chicken, chips, beans, mushrooms corn on the cob, salad

    Calcium - milk
Fibre - not sure but may have a M&S 5 grain crumpet later
Swips - butter 3.5 (if I have the crumpet)

    Have a good day everyone.

Well I’ve enjoyed my food today and have just eaten pork and apple burgers with SW AF wedges and salad - just 1 swip and very tasty. The family had oven chips, brioche buns and coleslaw.

I made up two rice bowls today and will have the other tomorrow for dinner as it’s got pickles and is a bit anti-social. I share a desk with the other administrator and it’s a bit close for comfort. Will take a roll with me and usual fruit.

I had a mooch in HB today and got a snack/dip pot that will come in handy. Also got these in Iceland:

Is anyone able to tell me the swip value please. Thought I’d have one during TV and tea time tonight instead of a second Skinny bar. TIA.

Good news on the scooter sale @joedenise x

Great haul at CS @bubbs did you use a JD seasoning for the kebabs?

Thank you @bubbs x Was tasty and much better than the gross salted caramel Fibre One bars I bought before. They tasted so artificial 🤮

    Morning all,

You’ll be back in range in no time @beanielou 🤞🏻

I’m working today. Will take lunch with me. Both colleagues’ tummies were rumbling on Monday and one said she may investigate the jab. They are both really slim (size 8-10?). Really don’t know what’s up with people?!

    Food today:

    B - spinach omelette, 2 satsumas - P, S

    L - WM ham roll, apple - fibre, P, S

D - rice bowl - brown rice, edamame beans, feta, pickles, soy sauce - free, P, calcium, S

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - fibre bar 4.5

Apologies, missed your loss @Matron_Midge 🎉

    Oh my @Coxy11 🙈

Well, I have sunshine!! Getting ready for salsa so will see how warm it is shortly.

Had my usual cereal, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and I’ll have the last of the speedy tomato soup for lunch. I’ve frozen two portions. Dinner is mince and potatoes with broccoli and garden peas (mince is loaded with carrot and onion).

    Have a good day all.
