Morning all, another lovely day. Bedding done today as didn't get to do it yesterday but did a load of whites when we got home and got that dried in the afternoon. Pretty sure the bedding wouldn't have tried that quickly. Just need to remake the bed ready for tonight!
Have been shopping this morning and bought what's needed for the next few days including doing some batch cooking tomorrow. Have also got goat and lamb out of the freezer ready. Going to make a goat curry and some scotch broth. There should be enough of each to freeze at least another meal for 2 and hopefully enough for another lunch.
Are you doing anything special in London @Coxy11? Enjoy whatever you are doing and also the meal and quiz night.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs, toast - Fibre; P
L - Sweet potato jacket, tuna mayo, salad - P; S; F; 2
D - butternut squash and chickpea curry, naan, mango chutney -Fibre; P; S; F; 3Calcium - milk
Fibre - bread; naan
Swips - LTL mayo 2; mango chutney 3Have a good day everyone.

Glorious day here again. We went out for a walk this morning and had coffee sitting in the sun.🌞
It's meant to stay nice until Tuesday here so I'll clear the washing basket and change the bed over the weekend @joedenise . Well done on getting some batch cooking done. I find it so useful to have easy days when I can reach for something SW friendly from the freezer. Do you ever watch the batch cooking TV programme? Good ideas but she tends to batch prepped ingredients whereas I make ready meals.
Hope you had a good day in London @Coxy11 . I used to buy Aldi skinny sausages (0.5 swips each) regularly but they must have changed the packaging or something as I haven't seen any recently. Would you post what they're called now? I've been having Sainsbury's BGTY at 1 swip each as an alternative.
Football was nerve wracking last night. We didn't play well but we managed to win which is the main thing. As a result I had a couple of glasses of wine to celebrate when I got home. So not a success for SW!🤣
Back on plan today, using up bits of veg to go with dinner before doing my meal plan for shopping tomorrow.
I'm out for a meal next Wednesday and then we're off at the weekend for a few days in Brussels. I'm sure chips and mayo will be consumed!😉
Today's plan-
B- HE fibre toast, eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HE calcium milk for drinks
L- ham and cottage cheese salad (P,S,F)
D- salmon (P), hassleback potatoes (F), roast veg and green stuff (S)
Swips-00 -
Evening all 😁
Got my bedding dry today, glorious again although tem is dropping now.
Coxy hope you had a good day.
I went doctors this morning, tbf the physio bloke was good. He was horrified i had been prescribed Naproxen as i have a hiatus hernia, he has changed to codeine, that's what Mum has for hers and her knee. I have to go for a scan on my shoulder, got to ring Monday to book an appointment, I said why Monday not today? He said the doctor might not send the request before then 🙄Nothing for my foot at the moment as my toes are not numb!
I asked the receptionist how you book an appointment to see a doctor, she looked at me horrified 🤣 she says it has a tick box, i said well it didn't when i made this appointment, bet she thought here she is moaning again 🤣 as it was her that booked me in then told me i didn't have an appointment for that day when they sent it wrong!
Food today bit eggy , forgot to get the chicken out and did get it out about 11 and it wasn't defrosted!
Lunch free
Tea 1 calcium cheese in the omelette

ALDI shoppers did you know this?
I just found out....That there is a lifetime offer on Aldi Baked Beans (blue tin, not cheap as chips one). If you buy 3 tins of beans you get a 4th free! I have been doing 3 tins for months and the cashier told me. Said people don't know because the price and offer are 9n the floor. Thought it may help someone.Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
