Morning everyone,
Back to grey skies and rain forecast all week ☹️. I didn’t really enjoy the two glasses of wine last night and feel a bit sluggish this morning. I’m such a light weight these days so back to saving the swips for something else 😁
Breakfast was the usual cereal, yoghurt 2 swips and fruit. Lunch will either be baked potato or soup from the freezer and we’re having steak, chips and loads of veg for dinner. Just reading that over it will be soup for lunch as I’ll have chips at night.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, another dry day here but at least no washing to do for a change!
Have a great holiday @Glad. I love France and looking forward to going again in June for a month.
I had exactly the same thought as @Coxy11 when I saw your post @Jellybaby! Doesn't matter how old you are you'll always be your parents "baby"!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausage, egg, bacon, mushrooms, beans - P; S; F; 1
L - baked burrito, corn on the cob - Fibre, calcium, P; S; F; 1
D - sliced lamb in gravy (from freezer), roast potatoes, veg - P; S; F; 1Calcium - milk, cheese
Fibre - WM wrap
Swips - sausage 1; hot sauce 0.5;knob of butter 0.5; gravy 1 (will scrape off as much as possible!)Have a good day everyone.
PS. Thought I posted this earlier but apparently not! Won't be making the baked burrito again - too messy and fiddly! The burrito mix was quite tasty and the rest will be frozen but we'll just have it with a jacket potato or with some rice or pasta. Didn't need the corn either!

Change of plan for tonight! Decided it's a waste of electric to do roast potatoes so it's just going to be boiled new potatoes - I'd forgotten I'd got them so need using up anyway. There's too many for tonight so will freeze the LOs and use up next time I do a minced beef hash.

You didn't see the size of some of the potatoes @bubbs! If I'd air fried them there wouldn't have been anything left of them! These were the last of the first early potatoes we grew so have been in the bag quite a while but was glad to see they hadn't sprouted!
Did a quick check of my weight this morning after having cake and wine over the weekend to see how much damage has been done! Thankfully not too much, just 0.2lb. Hopefully by sticking to plan for the rest of the week I can shift that and a bit more!
Back later with menu plan as can't remember what we're having today so will need to check. It's much easier when we have a joint at the weekend as it will always be something with the LO meat but of course there isn't any today!
