    Afternoon all 😁

Nippy again first thing but better at the unit that's for sure! Warmer now, they have said for next couple of days going to be a slow burner , getting warm from lunchtime.

    Denise enjoy Canterbury.

Well done coxy making the decision. My friend went back to a group today, she used to come on a Saturday (the consultant actually comes to my group) but my friend was horrified a horrible neighbour goes there, so now she don't know what to do, I said dont give her the satisfaction of not going, she said but I feel I won't be able to say anything😪

    Morning all,

Funny how knowing other group members can make or break our decisions isn’t it, plus of course gelling with the consultant. A was very matter of fact in her message so we’ll see. If I’m correct I won’t need to sign up/pay until after IT or whatever it’s called these days.

I have lots of bites so have applied cream. Not great as DH and I plan to be in the garden today! It’s slightly cooler atm but he’s still in bed. Bit of drama in his family so he was out late yesterday.

    Food today:

    B - spinach omelette - P, S

L - AF stuffed peppers - will use savoury veg rice plus 1/2 Calcium, salad - S, free, Calcium

D - sausage risotto - DH bought the sausages - Aldi specially selected Lincolnshire*- so SWIPs for those plus 1/2 Calcium

    Calcium - milk

SWIPs - *please can someone check the SWIPs for 2 sausages TIA 🙏

    Morning - just 😁

Enjoy your break @joedenise. Hope you like the class tomorrow @Coxy11. I don’t particularly like mine 🤣 but I need the accountability and it’s the only one I can easily get to at the minute.

I’ve stuck to plan and still on no alcohol so will see what happens on Saturday. DS2 has been swallowing ice-cream and lollies as if they’re going out of fashion but I’ve not even swiped one. I know if I start I won’t stop so staying away for now while I’m ’in the zone’ as they say 🙄

Breakfast today was Quakers oats, strawberries and Kvarg so fibrechoice and 0.5. Lunch is baked potato with tuna and salad - 3 swips for salad cream. Dinner is chilli with rice and a side of tenderstem broccoli. Last portions of chilli from freezer which means a batch cooking session happening this weekend. No bolognaise or meatballs left either 😳😳

Hope you get on OK with the group tomorrow @Coxy11 . 🤞🏼

I can see why your friend would join another group @bubbs if she feels she couldn't speak up.

In the evening group that I went to temporarily (when my dance group was closed for the summer), I don't think I 'clicked' with any of the group members. I knew some of the social team from the previous venue but it was really just an expensive weigh and go for me.

Those sausages are really high in swips.☹️ You never can tell which is why I always avoid the sausages on a hotel breakfast.

It's much the same here @Jellybaby. I'm using the last Bolognese sauce tonight and that just leaves 1 curry and 1 portion of meatballs in the freezer. No sign of the weather breaking here for a week or so and it's too hot for much cooking.

I went way over swips yesterday as I had wine when the football was on. Really wasn't worth it!🤬 We did enjoy the kofte though @bubbs .😋

    Back on plan today-
B- Fry up (P,S, fibre), milk (calcium 1)
L- cold meat (P), savoury rice and salad (F,S)
    D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,F,S), Parmesan (calcium 2)
    Swips- 0

    Maman, glad you liked them.

I feel so fed up today, really struggling with my shoulder and arm 😢 also it's 3 yrs today since we lost Dad 😢

Couldn't even be bothered with tea, so we had hot dogs, chips and salad 🤣

I never posted my tea from last night, it was lush BBQ honey chicken, 2.5 sv
