well done beanie, sue and maman - really good going that!

Glad you got home safe coxy, even if it was a late one for you.

I’ve weighed in and STS. Happy with that.
Im another who gave up because the group I favoured was merged with another at a later time. It was reallybusy and meant I had to kill an hour after work before going and all I wanted to do was call for a chippy tea because they were frying and that delicious forbidden odour was torture whilst I was waiting for class. I have done ok on my own and stay on track most of the time - I try to get to the bottom of range before my hols, hit the top when I get back and just yo-yo in the interim - I suppose that is maintenance

STS is fine when you're at target @Matron_Midge

We must have cross posted @Coxy11, sorry to hear you're feeling stressed. Hope you feel better tomorrow. 🤗

My dinner was very similar to yours @bubbs but roasted onions and mushrooms with the beans for us as DH doesn't eat eggs.

Change of plan for tomorrow. DH's friend called round and he's promised to help him out with something so Chichester put off for another day. Hopefully it'll be cooler when we do go as it's still baking here. 🥵

I had a great day on plan yesterday. Today was a different matter though. I went to town to the building society to transfer an ISA that’s about to mature and open a new current account which is offering £175 for switching. Ds had planned to come with me but ended up going to collect a table Ds had won at auction. I said I’d be fine……totally forgot although I class the account as mine it’s actually a joint account - 😯 - Dh is on my account and I’m on his….just to make things easier should anything happen to either of us. Anyway we’re going back on Wednesday. I had a cuppa and toasted teacake for breakfast in town . Then my best friend brought afternoon tea around for her birthday. We worked out we’ve been friends over 62 years…..I do feel guilty leaving her when I move. I did enjoy it and the fizz 😁
I was glad to get home from town….the plaster is heavy and it makes my shoulder hurt even with the sling on. I’m at the fracture clinic in the morning. I should have had an appointment at the pain clinic this afternoon….a zoom style meeting and it just wouldn’t let me in. I’ve been waiting for this appointment for months from when my ankle was so bad in the winter 🤬. I ended up phoning the appointment desk and the lady said you should have been on 10 minutes before the appointment…..I was waiting to be let in the meeting…..then she said you should have phoned us straight away…at which time I lost it as I’d been in a queue for over 10 minutes. I ended up blubbing on the phone…..no idea where that came from. Anyway I’ve got another apt on Monday…..I’m not convinced it’s what I want….but I’ll give it a fair chance.
Tomorrow I’ll be popping into M&S to get some nice syn free meats and salads to keep me on track.

That's a lovely part of France @beanielou .We've had many happy holidays there. You're building up plenty of leeway to enjoy all the wine, cheeses, bread...... 😋

Bring on the rose & the pain a chocolat! That’s one of the things I’m looking forward to when we go into the village in the morning. Bliss.

Provence sounds fab. We’ve never been so will add to our Places to Visit list.

Morning! Slept better last night and I’m planning to walk up to the community allotment this morning. I haven’t been since early June/before DDad came over. I’ll take a carrier bag to harvest some goodies 👍 definitely need salad leaves which are in abundance and hoping for some soft fruits too 🙏 will take a pot for those.

Seems the only workable group will be with A on Fridays at 9am. I don’t work on Fridays and would rather a morning group. Will probably buy a 12 week countdown but will go on Friday and see if I click with A first!! Am I correct in thinking there’s a book offer right now?

    Food today:

    B - spinach omelette - P, S

    L - JP, tuna, mayo, pickles, salad - 0.5, P, 2, S

    D - FB SW Mo’s lasagne, salad - P, free, S, calcium, S

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - 2.5 plus skinny bar 3.5 = 6
