It's a loss @bubbs rather than one of your crazy gains. Well done!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I'm sure you'll settle for the STS @Jellybaby , at least the balloon stomach isn't getting bigger!🤣
What are portion control freezer boxes @joedenise? I use the sort you get from take away shops and weigh the contents. I usually go for around 400g of things like chilli and Bolognese as that's the size of a standard tin.
I made a slightly tweaked version of this
ONE-PAN BACON, TOMATO AND BROCCOLI PASTA - Tom Kerridge for lunch. I fried off some lardons and mushrooms, cooked the pasta, adding the broccoli for the last few minutes then stirred it all back in the frying pan with a portion of the tomato sauce I'd made for the meatballs in the week. It was delicious and I'd definitely do it again. I think it was tastier than the original recipe which I tried some months ago.I've probably gone a little bit over on calcium allowance today as I haven't weighed what I've used but hopefully I'll get away with it. I just wish you could carry over the allowances!🤣
Having gin tonight, as I fancy a longer drink.
Today's plan-
B- porridge (fibre), milk (calcium), banana (F), blueberries and strawberries (S)
L- Tom Kerridge pasta (P,S,F)
D- cod (P), SW chips (F), cauliflower cheese (S, calcium)
swips- cornflour 1, extra cheese?, gin😁0 -
I've ordered these from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0GMBSFL9Y?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title . They hold about 250ml. My DD2 recommended them - she uses them for making up her own meals as she often has different to her partner and son.

We’d already decided to get someone to do the packing. Since we’re travelling a long way the insurance seemed better with the service and they allowed more time at other end for handing over. The questions the solicitors are asking are ridiculous…..I don’t remember any of this nonsense last time we moved…..but that was 40 years ago.
I think I’ve done ok foodwise….i suppose it’s a bonus not being able to keep nipping and making snacks…..it’s harder with 1 working arm.
it makes sense to have some hm ready meals for after your thumb op Denise. Luckily we still have quite a few in the freezer so that is making life easier for us.January spends - £587.580 -

Morning all, much cooler this morning and quite a bit of cloud cover. The bedding is in the machine and will go out on the line once it's done as it's still dry and there's a bit of breeze although not much.
Well done @Suffolksue - that's a great loss.
I got into the motorhome yesterday after DD2 left and have given it a good clean so it's ready to go again and DH has suggested a couple of days at Canterbury so we'll probably go on Wednesday. Can't really go before that as he is hearing test on Tuesday afternoon.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
L - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - Fibre; Calcium; S
D - chicken breast, roast potatoes, veg - P; S; FFibre - bread
Calcium - milk; cheese
Swips - sausage 1; couple of G&Ts 6Have a good day everyone.

Morning all (just),
Arrived home at 4am - inward flight to Cyprus delayed as the crew were stuck in traffic on the motorway. Feel absolutely shattered. No washing done this week so I could do with a day of getting things shipshape, however we have a family get together at SIL’s from 2pm.
Met Lucky the cat this morning - tiny and very cute.
Sorry to hear about your injury @milann do you have a moving date? Well done on getting back to the stone bracket you wanted xWell done on your losses @joedenise and @Suffolksue 🙌🏻 and the STS @Jellybaby ❤️
Hope your eye is getting better @bubbs x
Good idea to have a short break this week @joedenise 👍
I’ve had a bit of a think whilst away - might go back to group - think it’s the only way to get me to where I want to be…. Just need to find one that works. Possibly/probably with B who I started out with 23 years ago!

Funnily enough I've been thinking about going back because I'm just not managing to shift the weight - holidays of course don't help! Maybe I'll rejoin after our winter holiday in November!!! That's probably the longest stretch of no holidays as we won't be away again until end of March and might give me half a chance of losing the weight before the next lot of holidays! Will have to think more about it. If I do it will probably be with B as well who I was with before I stopped going to group.
