    Thinking about you today @TakeItEazy

Yes Beanie, we have sun and I’ve sweltered all day but refuse to moan about it 🤣 went to salsa this morning and felt dizzy for the last half of the class. Think it was just a combination of the heat and last week’s stress catching up. Fine now.

I picked up a reduced roast in the bag chicken from M&S so we’ve had that for tea with salad.

    Morning all,

Thinking of you @TakeItEazy and sending hugs xx

I think I’m doing okay food wise as it’s egg on WM toast for a late breakfast then we are having fruit at midday whilst out. They tend to have a late lunch about 4pm which is usually meat and salad. Exception last night was a meal out with the neighbours. The biggest pork chop ever for DDad and I had pork kebab. Couldn’t finish it so bought some home.

    IMG_2957.jpeg IMG_2956.jpeg

We are eating in tonight and DDad has a medical appointment tomorrow so I’ll be let loose in the Old Town to have a wander/coffee. Think the weather is the same as the UK!

And can you believe the family at home have adopted a feral kitten! 😳

Morning all, another hot day and no breeze so too hot to sit outside. Machine load of washing done and out on the line. It's probably already dry but I'll leave it out for another couple of hours to make sure.

I have my hairdresser coming about 12.30 so we're having an early lunch about 12.00 which is currently cooking.

Enjoy your day out in the Old Town @Coxy11.

    Today's plan:

B - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - Fibre; Calcium, S
    L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
    D - Chana Masala, rice, mini naan - P; S; F; 6.5

    Calcium - milk, cheese
    Fibre - bread
    Swips - mini naan 6.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Another baking hot day here, it's still 29 degrees at 7pm!🥵 We did go for a short walk this morning but just half an hour in the shade. It was enough.

Do you have a recipe for your kofte or is it something you made up @bubbs? Thanks for the dressing recipe. I'd never have thought of putting some of the gherkin juice in.👍🏼

That's a monster of a pork chop, never seen one so big @Coxy11 . Not sure how you feel about coming home to a cat. You've probably seen enough of cats for a while!🤣

Despite being back on plan for the best part of a week, I'm still feeling really big. It's probably the holiday catching up. Fortunately, I can wear loose, floaty dresses in this weather so my fat stomach isn't obvious.😁

We're out for lunch with friends tomorrow. I'm hoping there'll be something SW friendly so that I can choose wisely.

    Today's plan
B- porridge (fibre), strawberries and blueberries (S), banana (F), milk (calcium1)
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce (P,S,F), Parmesan (calcium2)
    Swips-0

Maman, i made it up, did put it on here.

Think yourself lucky it's 29 🤣 36 here now! When we came back from the doctors, it was 42 in here 😢😢

I have to have MRI on my neck/shoulder/arm, so await the appointment and carry on with the pills!

Maman, the heat does not help either, we retain fluid.
