Well done on the losses @beanielou and @Matron_Midge
Hope you get a chance to relax and pop around on your own @Coxy11
Thanks for the good wishes for dad. He’s home, tired and grumpy so all good and back to normal!
Food has been fine but I met a friend I haven’t seen since I left work and ended up having a curry business lunch. It was lovely if over swips but I’m absolutely stuffed and won’t be having anything else tonight.0 -

Afternoon all, another lovely day and a nice temperature - about 26 or 27 degrees and very little breeze. We sat in the garden this morning with a cup of coffee and it was really nice.
Needed to pop out into Sittingbourne as wasn't able to get everything I wanted in the Iceland on the Island so wanted the Food Warehouse. Also wanted some bits in Lidl so did both of those. DH also needed to go to the little electrical shop to get the guy to make up a new lead for our Satbox to use in the motorhome.
Today's plan:
B - coconut baked oats, fruit, yoghurt - Fibre; P; S; F; 1.5
L - Chicken fajita pasta with sweet chilli sauce - P; S; F; 4.5
D - pork schnitzel, chips, beans - Fibre; P; FCalcium - milk
Fibre - oats; bread (made into crumbs)
Swips - 5g desiccated coconut 1.5; sweet chilli sauce 4.5Have a good day everyone.

Do you just use yogurt on its own (no mayo) @bubbs?
I did notice you'd made the yogurt dressing for the koftas.😋 I ate loads of those on holiday with the Turkish version of your dressing called Haydari. They often use dill instead of mint.
It's 29 degrees here but feels much hotter @joedenise. We're doing as little as possible although out tonight for a meeting. I just hope there's a bit of a draught through the hall as definitely no air conditioning. 🥵 Hope your sun is more enjoyable @beanielou, you've waited for it long enough!🤣
Rather a lot of baked beans today as I used up some from the fridge for breakfast and kept some sausage casserole mix (minus sausage) back for my lunch today. I've just put some garlic granules, lemon juice and a few chilli flakes on tonight's chicken as CBA to do KFC.🤞🏼it tastes OK.
Today's plan-
B- eggs (P), beans (F), toast (fibre), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- JP (F), casserole mix (P,S), salad (S)
D- chicken thighs (P), SW chips (F), veg medley (S)
swips- none planned0
