Knowing my luck it will come for when we are away but i did tell him 😁I also said to him, as usually it's 1 thing at 1 appointment, could you just check my eye please? He goes yes it's bloodshot 🤣no sh it sherlock 🤣 i said i know, just want it checking that it's ok, he said how did you do it i said with my nail 🙄he said your nail? I said yes i did have my glasses on but rubbed it and it caught it. He said it's fine will take a while to clear up, tbh looks no better now than it did Sunday when it first appeared!

Morning all, think today is even hotter than yesterday and with virtually no breeze at all. Definitely too hot to be out in it although I put out another load of washing. Wash bin is virtually empty for a change! Bedding will need doing but will probably leave that until Sunday as DD2 is coming down on Saturday.

Bloodshot eyes always look worse than you think they are. I'm sure it will clear up fine even if it does take a bit of time @bubbs.

I've weighed and I've lost just 0.5lb which to be honest is probably more than I deserve with the amount of alcohol and sweet stuff (biscuits!) I've had this week. No doubt it will catch up with me this week!

More sun today so more washing! My PA was a trouper yesterday with all the washing, line drying and folding and putting away. More today!

Morning all, sun and heat are still here and I’m still not complaining! Obviously nowhere near the temps some of you are getting though 🥵

I seem to lurch from one problem to another! Dad doing OK but issues now with kitchen drain and shower leaking. My brother says I attract problems - obviously not, he’s never available (juvenile I know).

Food wise meals are fine but I feel really bloated and heavy. My stomach is like a football, sorry TMI. I’m drinking loads. Now off to do the food shop with the parents in tow. DS2 said he was going to buy them those toddler straps to keep a hold of them as he kept losing them last week 🤣🤣
