Good morning all! Hope everyone is OK.🤗
We're back from our holiday and had a great time. I'm not going to weigh yet but I'm sure the usual extra white bread, crisps, chips, biscuits, ice cream, full fat tonic etc will have added about half a stone. As always, it's settled around my middle so I'm just going to get back on plan and do my best.
I'm doing a one pot casserole today so I can just stick it in the oven and go away. I had planned a roast but it's too hot. There are some swips in the sauce but haven't worked them out yet.
Today's plan
B- Fry up (P,S, fibre), milk for drinks (calcium)
L- probably JP with salad (P,S,F)
D-pork casserole with rice (P,S,F)
Swips- LTL mayo 1, sauce, weekend wine👍🏼0 -

Afternoon all, it's another warm one and getting warmer.
Welcome back @maman - glad you had a great holiday. You'll soon shift that extra you've gained now you're back on plan. I'm still struggling to lose and am about 5lb above top end of target. Was hoping to lose some this week but instead gained - didn't help DH and I shared a bottle of wine and had (medicinal) brandy night before WI!
Been to see DD1 this morning which is why I'm later than usual posting! Have also spoken to DD2 as she rang while we were at DD1's - typical. She's coming to us next weekend.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices, WM roll - Fibre; S; 0.5
D - Roast pork dinner - P; S; F; 1.5Calcium - milk
Fibre - WM roll
Swips - sausage 1; burger 0.5; apple sauce 1.5Have a good day everyone.

Welcome back @maman and have a safe trip @Coxy11
Sorry MIA for days again. Dad ended up back in hospital so have been busy with hospital runs, visiting and trying to dry all the washing that’s accumulated between me, mum and dad’s hospital stuff - constant rain so it’s difficult!
Back to SW, managed to weigh and go yesterday with a wee half off which I’m happy with. Facing another week of trying to juggle things but I’m determined to be better organised and stay on track.
DS2 is out today so I had beans on toast for tea. It’s all I could be bothered with.
Need to read back and catch up but hope you’re all well.

Evening all from Cyprus!
Flight was delayed by an hour so we ended up eating around 9pm Cyprus time. Had scrambled eggs on toast at the airport, then tortilla (egg, potato, peppers) and salad here. Too many eggs in one day…..
I'm now holed up in DDad's 3rd bedroom which is a self-contained ensuite on the bottom level of his house. I am stuck though as due to a wraparound catio for the 9 (yes you read that right) house cats it's like Fort Knox so I'm at the behest of Stepmum to allow me into the main house in the morning. I have water and skinny bars so I won't starve!
Hope your DDad is okay @Jellybaby I know mine can be challenging but I'm making the most of him. Well done on the half x
Ouch your eye sounds painful @bubbs - food looking lovely as ever.
Welcome back @maman glad you had a good time x
If I stay up for the match it's a 3am kick off here….Might have a little snooze now and set my alarm for later.

Morning all,
Well done and I hope all the footie fans aren’t too tired this morning 😀
I’m off to hospital soon amd hoping to get to speak to the consultant as I’ve a list of questions 🙈. I had granola as fibre choice with strawberries, raspberries and Kvarg 0.5 swips. I’ve got a salad box with ham made up to take with me.
Dinner is hunter’s chicken with new potatoes, and loads of veg. Using cheese as fat choice.
Have a good day everyone - heavy rain and wind here!

Your description sounds like a prison @Coxy11 , hope you are allowed out for exercise.🤣
Well done on being so organised for your hospital visit @Jellybaby , hope you get to speak to the consultant .🤞🏼
I've got my book club this afternoon, really enjoyed reading it this month for once, but I don't think the library has air con.🥵 I've also got ironing from the holiday washing but that's going to be done on a strictly needs basis until the weather cools down.
Today's plan-
B- scrambled egg on toast (P,fibre)
L- ham salad (P,S,F)
D- chicken stir fry with noodles (P,S,F)
Swips- LTL mayo 1, honey in sauce 2.50 -
Afternoon all, lovely day again so a machine load of washing out on the line and now dried and put away - at least mine is, DH is still to put his away but he'll need to do it before we go to bed!
@Coxy11 - Do hope you weren't kept in your dad's 3rd bedroom too late - I'd had to be surrounded by cats like that. Not keen on cats at all but 9 is ridiculous!
Well done @jellybaby for getting organised enough to sort out food for visiting the hospital to see your dad. Do hope you were able to speak to his consultant and get your questions answered.
@maman - Do you think you enjoyed this month's book club book more because you read it while you were more relaxed being on holiday?
We decided to finally go to Canterbury today and managed to get a couple of pairs of shorts each and there was a sale on so cheaper than expected, very MSE!
Today's plan:
B - Weetabix, milk - Fibre; part Calcium
L - jacket potato, pulled beef brisket, cheese (very small amount so will call it part Calcium); chilli mayo (again not much just a drizzle on top); salad (no dressing!) P; S; part Calcium; 2
D - not sure yet! Depends how hungry we are! We were going to have sweet and sour pork with rice but suspect won't need that so probably lighter, perhaps a mushroom omelette, saladCalcium - milk; cheese
Fibre - Weetabix
Swips - chilli mayo 2; small red wine 6Temperature's up to 34 this afternoon, didn't think it was supposed to reach that high today! I'm absolutely melting and it's forecast to get hotter as the week goes on.
Hope everyone is coping with the weather.
