Morning all,
Thinking of you @TakeItEazy xx
A 1lb gain for me this week. To be expected given the carb overload yesterday. DH did eat some of my cakes bless him, however we were both very full and didn’t have any dinner. I’m in the office today so have just made my packed lunch.
Food today:
B - mushroom omelette - P, S
L - WM soft pitta, cheese, salad leaves, tbsp mayo, banana - Fibre, Calcium, S, 2, free
D - chicken pesto pasta - SWIPs for pesto and cream so counting 6
Calcium - milk
SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5 plus 8 = 11.5 total

Morning all, very cloudy this morning and rain forecast although it's not black enough for rain at the moment! Rain is forecast every day this week although it looks like it might be dry on Saturday so will leave all washing until then! Want to get it all done as we're due to go to France on Monday however not sure that's going to happen at the moment! The motorhome won't start - battery is absolutely dead and DH has been unable to get to the old one to get it out so looks like it's going to be a call to the breakdown and into the garage for them to change. He thinks it might even be an engine out job! The problem with A Class motorhome the engine bonnet isn't big enough to be able to work on the engine!
Today's plan:
B - weetabix, milk, fruit - Fibre; Calcium; S; F
L - veggie omelette - P; S
D - LO pork, chips, beans - P; FCalcium - milk x 2
Fibre - weetabix
Swips - none plannedHave a good day everyone.

Sorry about the motor home Denise.
1/2 off this morning.

That's good @beanielou considering you posted that you'd been eating rubbish!☺️
I'm sure you'll settle for a small gain after the Afternoon Tea @Coxy11 . You're back on plan today which is what matters. I'm a great believer in 'good when you can'.👍🏼
Such a shame about the MH @joedenise. I do hope you can get it fixed in time to go to France. 🤞🏼
Stayed on plan yesterday. I did have a pack of Aldi Golden rice which had been in the cupboard for ages. I know it was syn free when I bought it but not sure about current packs.
It's wet here too and looks to be set in for the week.☹️ Friday looks dull but mostly dry but Saturday is the best hope. I'm not sure I want to leave the washing until then with going away on Sunday. All the holiday clothes are clean except for one pair of trousers DH belatedly tells me wants to take☹️. I'll just keep an eye on the forecast as it often changes.🤔
Today's plan-
B- porridge (fibre), milk (calcium), blueberries, raspberries (S), banana (F)
L- LO chicken casserole (P,F,S)
D- salmon (P), SW chips (F), green stuff, mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
Swips- 00 -
Yes maman. I had a bad fall in our high street last week and it was pretty dire. Someone had to stop the traffic. So one day of eating 3 custard creams is good for me.
