    Morning all,

Cannot believe your GP surgery is so disorganised @bubbs can you lodge a complaint? X

Dinner last night: we share mixed olives and a small garlic bread (size of a side plate) between 4 of us then I had grilled chicken with rocket salad. Salad had balsamic glaze. I had a Coke Zero and a peppermint tea. BIL had bought a Colin cake so had a small slice when we came back here for coffee.

I'm picking DDad up today - leaving here around 10.30am and expect it'll take around 2 hours each way. I've got a rice pot made up and DS2 will ride shotgun, so will get him to take a sandwich too.

    Food today:

    B - malt wheats, strawberries, blueberries, mullerlight - Fibre, S, 0.5

L - brown rice pot, apple - free, S, Calcium

D - not sure - we have DDad here so will pop to Co-op and pick up something to cook. Possibly chicken with salad as he has to have a high protein diet.

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - skinny bar 3.5 plus 0.5 = 4 total

Morning all, much better weather today than yesterday. It's fairly bright with a slight breeze. One load of washing done and out on the line. Unfortunately not enough to make up another load so that will probably be Sunday as I think that's the next dry day!

I weighed this morning and a bit more weight has come off and I've lost 1.4lb this week, pleased with that. Getting a bit nearer to top end of target. Can I do the same again this coming week? I hope so!

Where are you picking your DDad up from @Coxy11? Sounds like City Airport if you need to use the South Circular.

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats - Fibre; S; F
    L - fajita pasta - P; S; F; 4.5
    D - fish pie, green veg - Calcium; P; S; F; 4

    Calcium - milk; cheese
    Fibre - oats
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 4.5; cheese sauce mix 4

    Have a good day everyone.

    Well done @joedenise that's a good weekly loss x

Dad arrived into Gatwick last night and stayed with his SIL in Wandsworth so that's where I'm headed. Just waiting for DS2 to have a shower - last minute Larry!

Have a wash load on the line today and have realised I'd put salmon on the meal plan for dinner tonight. There is only 4 pieces though so unless DD is at her boyfriends' for tea I'll need to buy more or something else entirely. Whatever, we need veg or salad to go with it.

    That's a really decent loss today @joedenise . Well done! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I put a line of washing out but it started raining before it was completely dry so I finished it off in the TD.😱🤣

Hope your drive to pick up your dad was uneventful @Coxy11 . You'll be able to accommodate his high protein diet and stay on plan which is good.

Thanks for the cheese info @bubbs . It's obviously a Primula dupe but a bit more expensive that the Seriously Strong which I'm hooked on. How many grams of Seriously Strong can you have compared with the squeezy cheese as a calcium choice?🤔

Although it's over a week to go until our holiday, I'm starting to think about using things up so I bought a minimum of fresh food today. Fortunately, if I did run out there are plenty of shops around me and there's always tinned or frozen veg as a standby.

    Today's plan-
B- porridge (fibre), milk (calcium1), blueberries (S), half banana (F)
L- LO hash with pickles (P,F,S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic mushrooms (S, calcium2)
    Swips- weekend wine☺️

@maman - you can have the whole tub of the Seriously Strong Light between 2 of you. If you've got a Tesco near you they've got in on Clubcard Price for £1. I picked up a couple on Tuesday - they've got long dates on them - think it's something like mid November.

Thanks @joedenise .That makes the Seriously Strong a no brainer for me. I'll probably only use half a tub between us for the garlic mushrooms so that's good. 👍

We go away a week on Sunday @bubbs and we're out for dinner one night this week so I'm trying to only buy fresh food I know I'll use up.
