    Morning!

A couple of extra SWIPs for me last night as we popped to the pub for one (well I had one and left DH and DS2 to it!). Plus I had a sugar craving when home so adding 8 to my total for yesterday = 11.5 total.

I’m having my hair cut today but other than that it’s just ironing and housework. It’s due to rain on and off but will get out in the garden if I can too. One thing I must do is refill the bird feeders as a robin just came into the kitchen to remind us!

    Food today:

B - AF bacon, poached egg, mushrooms, toasted bagel thin - P, S, fibre

L - brown rice pot - brown rice, pickles, edamame beans, soy sauce, apple - free, P, S

D - out at a posh Italian. I’m not drinking and will choose wisely! - SWIPs!!

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - flexible

Morning all, definitely cloudy and very breezy here this morning. Forecast to be very showery all day so certainly no point in doing any washing. Hopefully they'll be enough rain to not need to water the garden this evening too which would be a bonus!

Enjoy your Italian tonight @Coxy11. Should be some good SW options which aren't too high in Swips.

    Today's plan:

    B - Spanish omelette - P; S; F
    L - chicken fajita - Fibre; P; S; 3
D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, corn on the cob, beans - P; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - wrap
Swips - sweet chilli sauce 3

    Have a good day everyone.

Please is anyone able to check the SWIP value of NAS Trip cans. I got some RTC in CoOp just to try them. Just had raspberry and orange blossom and was quite nice. TIA.

Such a shame @bubbs if you've no choice round your way. Hope the telephone appointment helps to clear things up. 🤞

Hope you have a lovely meal @Coxy11 .Like @beanielou , I love an Italian.

It's been raining on and off all day here but we were lucky it stayed dry when we went out with our walking group this morning. It's meant to be dry tomorrow @joedenise so will definitely be getting a line of washing out.

    Today's plan -

B fry up (P, S, fibre), milk (calcium) for drinks

    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)

    D corned beef hash and greens (P, S, F)

Swips - corned beef 2? (2 slices each from Asda pack)
