    Morning all,

Bright and sunny here today. It’s our WA - 29 years - was a sunny day then too!! We have afternoon tea booked for 2pm. I’m hoping DH will ‘help’ with my portion as it takes a lot to fill him up and usually the portions are dainty.

We came 3rd at the quiz out of about 20 teams - not too shabby. DH won a bottle of port on the raffle too 🤣

Well done to @bubbs @Glad and @Jellybaby on your losses xxx

I ate a fair bit of naughty stuff at the quiz @beanielou - Mum just kept getting stuff out of her bag - she is such a feeder.

I’m planning on a good breakfast then the AT then just fruit tonight. Will see how that goes!

Morning all, it's bright but cloudy this morning with a fair breeze. Machine load of washing done and out on the line. It's a never ending job!

Happy anniversary @Coxy11. Coming 3rd in the quiz last night wasn't bad out of 20 teams. So easy to eat junk when you're not in control of the food isn't it?

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger, onions, gherkin slices, soft pitta - Fibre; S; 0.5
    D - roast pork dinner - P; S; F; 2

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - soft pitta
    Swips - sausages 2; burger 0.5; apple sauce 2

    Have a good day everyone.

@Coxy11 Happy Anniversary and enjoy your tea
last night was treat night and I had the usual malteasers and 2 g&ts!

I also made a fabulous curry with paneer which I have eaten when out but never cooked with before. A sort of tikka masala, with tomatos, and low fat creme fraiche, apart from the CF and a little oil for cooking it was pretty SW friendly too
